Our home is situated right by the iconic Hermosa Beach Pier, and neighbors with an incredible local bike rental shop. It's the perfect place to stay if you want incredible access to the beach as well as easy green transportation. With windows that showcase views of the beach and pier, comfortable furnishings that invite you to sink into relaxation, and rooms that provide ample room to breathe, our home offers an unparalleled experience of beachside comfort and luxury that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Designed to feel like a home away from home, every detail of our space has been carefully chosen to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you are lounging on the couch or just popping into the bedroom to sleep after a day full of sun and sand, you'll be able to breathe a sigh of relief and enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Guest Access:
Please take note that parking at our property is on a first-come, first-served basis, with 9 spots designated for our guests. While we make efforts to prevent unauthorized parking, occasional instances may occur. In such cases, we recommend utilizing the nearby street parking on Hermosa Ave, which offers 24/7 metered parking options.
The Neighborhood:
This family-friendly neighborhood is filled with parks, charming boutiques, and delectable restaurants. Visit the weekly farmers market on Wednesdays for fresh produce or flowers. And the best part? Miles of pristine white sand beaches are just steps from your door. Take a stroll along The Strand, a scenic walking path that offers panoramic ocean views and stretches throughout the city.

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Hermosa Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.
Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.
No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

We're unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
This unit is located in the heart of Hermosa beach near many popular restaurants and bars. For those that want to walk to the best of Hermosa Beach, this is the perfect spot for you. For those who sleep lightly, please note that you may experience evening noise from local patrons.
NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay.
Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.
We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is to make you feel comfortable during your stay and are available as much or as little as needed throughout your stay. We are happy to provide local recommendations throughout your stay!
