The restaurants had great customer service. Unfortunately the hotel itself did not. I paid a lot of money for a room that wasn’t in my opinion worth the price the pictures are deceiving, there was two extra guest rollaway beds in the room when we arrived that we didn’t request so that tells me nobody ever even went in and checked on the room before we got there. There were other guests food trays that the staff left outside our suite that were there for a couple hours. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work that great. It seems like the hotel is under staffed the front desk in the middle of the day had like eight people in line and there was only one employee. For how much money we spent on the room and food and drink I could’ve went on a vacation with plane tickets for that price was very disappointing. My wife and I were there for our anniversary. I wouldn’t say it was a horrible experience, but there was more disappointment than we expected
