We are renting an ideal L.A. vacation bungalow guest house right in the middle of the best part of Los Angeles, just minutes from the major studios! We are right on the border of Studio City, North Hollywood, and Sherman Oaks in the cultural center of Los Angeles.

The Bungalow has been completely remodeled, it's brand new. It is a stand alone unit with no shared walls, a full kitchen, laundry and queen size bed.We added a cozy loft with skylight and private secure parking for one car.

It's only 5 miles from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Universal Studios.

We get lot's of repeat guests who are thrilled with the unit. It's the perfect vacation rental room for quick stop-overs, business trips, or a romantic weekend.

The bungalow is like staying at a bed and breakfast without having to deal with the other people! It's really SUITE! Maximum occupancy: 3

*** Also this is a NON SMOKING UNIT, No smoking INSIDE OR OUTSIDE the property. *** No Smokers please. The smell from your hair and clothing gets on everything. There'll be a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $200.00 if cigarette smell is anywhere inside the bungalow.

I'd stay there again!
An issue at check-in was handled quickly and efficiently. Great location, a short walk to very good restaurants and a grocery store, but also quick access to the 101. The reserved, gated parking spot was very welcome. I had no trouble maneuvering a full-size rental car in and out, though can imagine that being challenging for some. A few more towel and coat hooks would be a welcome addition -- we utilized the ladder up to the loft. Comfortable bed!

Clean + Cozy Property
The unit was really nice, indoors was clean, bed was comfortable. There is a good parking spot with an electric gate to use, which is a highlight. Nice private/safe feel to the unit. Only criticism is the neighbors giving me kind of aggressive looks, and homeless people that inhabit the surrounding areas. Given this does not affect the property itself, i still highly recommend.

Convenient Location for My Purposes
Adequate for a place I needed for the convenience of location. Parking arrangement was extremely difficult, however. Hot water was variable, and I never figured out the remote control for the A/C. The loft was treacherous to get to, and I wouldn’t recommend it for any age. Still, for myself, it was satisfactory for what I was needing. Think you.

Wonderful property!
Just had a lovely stay at this charming bungalow! The place was spotless, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. It was nice and quiet too, which made it all the more comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Home away from home
I needed a place to stay that was near my son and his wife to help them when their first baby arrived. Extremely convenient location. All required amenities. Comfortable bed, good kitchen. Very private. Ubers easily at hand. Groceries within walking. Lots of touristy things to do although I wasn’t looking for that. Great host. Very responsive to all inquiries.

Just what we needed
Visiting family under wonderful and stressful circumstances, we loved getting back to this sweet, darling bungalow to relax and recharge. The location was quiet and felt safe and secure. Grocery a half block away. Michelle made everything easy and was calm and flexible. We goofed and showed up too early. She was gracious. We communicated easily over our stay and her written instructions were clear. Thanks for a perfect place for our needs. We hope to come back soon and often!!

Pleasant Surprise
This was a homerun for us. Have a secure parking space is huge. The bungalow is spacious but cozy. All of the amenities are top notch. Great place to chill, recharge your batteries and hit the town again. The location is perfect for anything you want to do in LA. We will definitely look to be back again.

The bungalow was just as described and more! Having never been to LA, the Guest House was ideally located to downtown, the beaches, and shopping. Overall the experience was good. The only issue that I felt could have been handled differently had to do with the communication of the garge sensor that I brushed with the car and it moved it off of the line to open the garage door. It could have been repaired but they chose to get an expensive unit and then wanted me to pay more due to the amount. I felt this could have been handled differently. Also, there was a handle that was missing from the refrigerator door.

Quiet cozy peaceful
Michelle and Ronin were always quick to respond through the entire process and were gracious hosts. This is an excellent spot if you are planning universal or studio tours as they are very close by. All amenities were in excellent working order and zero issues during our stay. I will definitely chose this location again on my next trip to SoCal.

Great Little Getaway for an LA Vacation
Michelle and Ronin's bungalow was the perfect location and space for our busy vacation. We were able to get around to various places we wanted to see and were close to my relatives that we were visiting. In spite of being in busy LA, the place was quiet and serene and we enjoyed a leisurely morning breakfast before heading off to our busy day. It was perfect for relaxing after the day as well. The place was the cleanest we've ever stayed in. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip out to LA.
