So-so
We arrived an hour and an half after check in time to find that key had been removed from lock box and there was no answer at the door. Phone number on VRBO app went straight to voice mail. Eventually we were told the cleaner was there. We left to find some food and came back later.
We booked for 11 people but beds were only made up for 9. There were mattresses in the closet but there were no clean sheets or duvet covers in the cupboards. We ended up laying spare duvets down for the kids to sleep on. Mattresses are stained.
The converted garage (2 double beds) has no direct access from the house and does not have its own bathroom. It also houses the washer and dryer - in the bedroom. Our kids did not feel comfortable sleeping in there. This is not clear on the listing.
Kitchen is not very well stocked for 12 people. There are only 4 coffee mugs and mismatched glasses. It is awkward feeding everyone as there is only a table for 4.
Pool and pool table were nice additions however they do not make up for the other faults.
We stayed at another VRBO in Anaheim on the same trip that cost the same for 3 nights and it was like chalk and cheese.
Location - states that Universal is 11 mins away. We did the trip multiple times including at 10pm and it was much closer to 20 mins. More like 35-40 in heavy traffic.
Check out instructions in guest book/app are different to instructions on the fridge in the house.
