Cozy and convenient
Highly recommend, clean, great communication w/host, thank you Daisy, & bonus super cute neighborhood! We came for 2 weeks of Wetherbee Pediatric Therapy. The house is very close to interstate 210, Wetherbee PT is only 10 minutes up I-210 from the house, historic downtown Pasadena is also just a few minutes away. House is very clean & well stocked, the bedrooms are large w/comfy beds, lots of storage, & each have a huge tv. Bathroom contains large shower, huge double sink & large vanity stocked w/bath towels on shelves & 3 large drawers for visitors to store toiletries. The kitchenette is a decent size, no problem cooking. There’s a ton of storage in the kitchen & bedrooms great for tucking away luggage & food. No need for food out on counters or luggage around the room, I hate clutter. The stairs are narrow & steep it was a bit of a squeeze with all we had to bring for 2 week stay, but once it was all in we were good to go! The driveways is on an incline & very narrow, 92” wide w/cement retaining walls on both sides, walls diminish as you climb driveway. I backed my pickup in, it was tight but it widens a few inches as you get to the house. There are plenty of restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores & a wonderful laundromat all a few mins from the house. We found everything we needed to be extremely close, we didn’t need to ever travel more than 15 mins in any direction to find food, entertainment, or shopping. We hope to stay here every time we come for therapy.

Good location
I really didn’t know our unit was upstairs until last minute. It worked out fine but the listing wasn’t very clear. Beds were very comfortable and nice bathroom.

Great Home in a nice a nice neighborhood
This is a nice place to stay in Pasadena. I generally choose VRBO because for the vast majority of the rentals, you are the only renters in the home. In this case, this is the upstairs of the home, while others were downstairs. There were no noise issues, and it has a separate entry, so it wasn't an issue, just not what I have come to expect from VRBO. I repeat it was perfect for our stay, however. My only wishes were more power plugs throughout the facility. It was difficult, at best, to charge two watches, two phones, and my hearing aids at the same time. Oh and the driveway is extremely narrow. My Tesla Model 3 barely fit, and I ended up parking on the street after getting luggage out.

It’s was really good.
For the stay, a friend and I, it was really good. We mainly used it for sleeping after our music festival, and to shower and get ready in the morning. It did what we needed, and it was cozy. The only thing I wish I had was an A/C unit in the other room, but the fans and nightly temperatures made up for it. I’d recommend it every time.

enjoyed stay with caveats.
Each bedroom should have a comfortable chair for sitting, working, TV, etc. Mostly sat on bed to do computer work or view tv. A microwave should be included in the kitchen for reheat, etc. kitchen chairs and small table ok, but not comfortable. There is no soap or shampoo provided in shower enclosure and no place to set any shampoo or soap provided you brought your own -- you will need to hold soap or shampoo in your hands while bathing or set them on the floor requiring repeated stooping for retrieval -- these are all easy fixes, hoping these suggestions can be remedied to provide a more pleasant experience.

Charming and immaculate
We enjoyed our stay in Pasadena at this beautiful and immaculate property. The neighborhood is quiet (except for the parrots, which made my son so happy!) and centrally located. Daisy is very responsive, answering questions immediately. Highly recommend.

Family visit to Pasadena
Mostly pros on this unit. Property was in good location for us, near our family. Also not far from downtown Pasadena . It was very clean.Neighborhood quiet, felt safe. A few cons: knew there were stairs to get into unit from photos but they proved to be a bit of a challenge for two seniors( in good health) with luggage. Could use a chair to sit on in bedroom. No place in bathroom vanity area for storing toiletries or place in shower to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Minor inconveniences , however. Overall good value….

Very nice and clean unit. Parking on the street caused us to receive a warning from the city for not having a permit even though there were no street signs stating permits required so we relocated to the drive way and it was fine.

Great location, newly remodeled
Location is great. Beautiful neighborhood in Pasadena, close to restaurants and shopping. Everything in the house looked new or newly painted. The kitchen has a small cooking surface but no oven or dishwasher so plan accordingly. There was a small toaster oven. The beds seemed brand new. Check in and check out we’re easy.
