Great house for visiting Los Angeles
We recently stayed at this holiday rental and I can confidently say it deserves a full 5 stars! The house was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The outdoor space was nice too, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. I recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Stayed for 5 nights with 2 teenagers. Within a reasonable drive from all major attractions, particularly Universal Studios. Property is well kept, in a nice quiet location and ideal for families.

Amazing vacation house
We had a great time at this VRBO. Very comfortable and plenty of space. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. Backyard is beautiful with pool, lounge chairs, and patio table. Would recommend this VRBO if wanting to stay somewhere quiet and relaxing :)

Host was very pleasant and communicative throughout and made sure all our questions were answered and checked in on us for anything else we needed throughout our stay. House was very clean. Would stay here again if we go back to LA.

Comfortable property with fabulous backyard.
Perfect location for our family on a spring break trip to the LA area. 3 bed/2 bath was just the right amount of space for us and laundry facilities plus off-street parking were a must. The property is very nice and well-maintained but the real highlight is the backyard with privacy, pool, generous patio, sun shade and comfortable outdoor furniture. Location is great with plenty of nearby shopping, restaurants, etc.

Christmas Celebration Family Vacation
Our stay was amazing. Shawn our host answered our questions right away. The house was ready early we got to the house around 3 pm. Tarzan was an amazing neighborhood right next to Encino. We had a rental car, we were still able to enjoy Hollywood, Santa Monica Pier and the Vanalden Caves. AMAZING!!! There was 7 of us total.

Excellent short-term rental - better yhan a hotel!
The property was clean and spacious enough for our five family members. Conveniently located outlets to charge phones. Nice back yard with pool. Shawn and his team were very responsive whenever we had a question. I recommend this rental.

The neighborhood of this place was great and was close to many different restaurants and shops. We felt very safe here. The team was also very easy to get a hold of and had great communication! Very easy check in and check our process. We would stay again!

Great stay for our family
We had a great stay at this property. The house was clean, the pool was great. The kids swam for hours. Our family of four stayed for one week. Everyone was comfortable and had enough space to enjoy together and on our own. The team for this property was very responsive and helped out with all of our questions. The rooms are spacious and the yard gave us more than enough space to eat meals, play catch and relax.

Great property and location
I wanted to do a little something different for our trip to LA. I originally reached out to another host but they were not responsive and that made me nervous considering the money I was spending and coming from out of town. When they did respond they said the property I had booked online was ‘not available” and offered me another property at a higher price. I cancelled and went with this property based on reviews . So glad I did, it was a great location and cute little house that was clean and homey. It’s fully stocked with everything you would need and there is a grocery store very close by. The neighborhood was wonderful, clean and quiet. It’s also very close to a great golf course at a nearby country club. The hosts were responsive to questions and in touch step by step. It was great and I totally recommend it! I’ll be back for sure!

Great House - Convenient to Ventura Blvd.
This house was very nice. It was clean and had plenty of space for my husband and me. We really enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Ventura Blvd. with all of its shops and restaurants is just a couple of blocks away, which was really convenient. Shawn and all of the team members were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Spring break with the kids
The property is as advertised. Everything is set up intuitively with no overbearing host and yet they are extremely easy to get a hold of and communicative about anything you ask or need. Everything was functional and clean and they put up the pool fence for us to keep our toddlers safe. I would definitely stay at a property managed by this team again.

This home was located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood! The house was very clean and well maintained. It actually seemed bigger than what it looked like in photos. Zero complaints! Would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.

Great property!
We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The house was clean and it was a great location to the sightseeing we wanted to do in Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. The communication with the owner and his team was top notch and the check in policy was easy and well communicated. The only bummer was that it wasn’t warm enough to swim, but we still enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful experience!
We visited with friends for Spring Break. Our group was mixed of adults and kids, and we each had a great time. There was plenty of room for each of us. The property was clean with the essentials and amenities that we needed. We reached out to the property manager for early check and they were very quick to respond. We would love to come back in the summer!
