The location is 5⭐️but the service is 1 ⭐️ I was treated very badly by an employee named Aizea. I had stayed a week ago and had informed that I would return and it was already paid, they informed me or I understood that I could stay, I arrived alone at 2 am this employee said there were no suites available, ok! The problem is that I had nowhere to go and I asked to wait sitting at the reception until dawn and he said he couldn't, treating me super badly and if he wanted to stay he would have to pay an amount of almost 300 dollars for 1/2 daily And the worst thing was the way he spoke, aggressive and at no time making a point of helping. I swear to leave there crying and super disappointed with the treatment.
