The well-appointed bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep, with two queen-sized bedrooms sharing a stylish art deco bathroom at the front. The expansive, private master suite features an additional big-screen television, a walk-in closet, and an exquisite master bath equipped with dual vanities and a walk-in deluxe jetted shower system.

Additionally all your cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs!

PARKING: Open driveway and street parking. There is no garage access.

LOCATION: Located just minutes to Old Town Pasadena and 20 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles, Staples Center, Dodger Stadium and Burbank, the home is just 3 miles to Old Town Pasadena & the annual Rose Parade, 2.5 miles to Rose Bowl, close to hiking trails & Trader Joe’s market. 15 min to LA Zoo, 20 min to Universal Studios, 25 min to Hollywood Blvd., 30 min to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Walking distance to 24 Hour Fitness gym & local market. Freeway access is only two minutes away.

We stayed at Rosewood for our son’s wedding. What a wonderfully relaxing home! Ithe home made everything easy for us to get to locations around the area and get back to relax. The primary back suite and backyard are fabulous!

Gem in the Dena
This VRBO is very nice. It’s suited our needs perfectly. Only recommendation may be to tell folks that the thermostat can’t go below 76 in the middle of summer, but the set up and the listing is excellent.

Everything was great ... just a few things can be changed.. 1. needed more baking dishes and pots 2. The stove smoked a bit ,, I have to clean the inside 3. the stove top burners were not lighting properly, maybe it needs cleaning 4. the outdoor furniture were not clean 5. the sofa inside were not connected so a sharp object was showing and if you put your hand between someone could get cut 6. The ice maker was not dispensing ice .. there was ice nut couldnt get t from outside the fridge Overall .. the house was amazibng

Feels Like Home
We stayed here for vacation with a family of 7 and our dog. The location was nice & near the Rose bowl stadium, golf courses, and not far from the main city. The neighborhood was overall nice and quiet. From the outside the house seems small, but as you walk in it is open and clean. A gift basket with snacks and drinks was provided, which was a nice addition to our stay. They also had a folder that provided locations you might want to visit or where the nearest grocery stores are at. They have Roku services in the living room, however, we were unable to figure it out. The couch had a slight cigarette smell. There were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms were a decent size but the sheets/comforters had an unpleasant odor. The washing machine was also very small, so we were only able to wash one blanket at a time- which was difficult to take out of the washing machine when finished. The locks on the doors did not work well and the front door lock was hard to unlock at times. The kitchen was a decent size and there were cooking supplies in the cabinets. The dining area was nice with a large table. There was enough room for multiple dishes and eating. The backyard had a sitting area and large open space, good for the dog. The grass was green and they also had a grill if we wanted to barbeque. Parrots could also be seen flying around the rooftops. Overall, our stay was satisfactory and we were pleased with the house.

So accommodating!
I think we stayed 16 days total…with an infant…and a pup! It was an exactly what we needed. We were only staying for a week and extended our stay. There’s a park really close and it perfect for kiddos and dogs! Had an amazing time!

Backyard needs to be cleaned up of Giant ant farm under patch of artificial grass next to picnic table and rusted clothes line against side fence, repair on broken concrete steps, The back patio needed sweeping badly before we arrived. Kitchen needs to upgrade dishes & silverware, Kleenex & plastic cups needed in bathroom along with makeup remover wipes and all bathroom amenities, instructions for bathroom shower are needed. better privacy curtains in master bedroom and kitchen, maintenance on all security deadbolts, better instructions for TV’s,

Charming home away from home
Beautiful home, yard, and neighborhood. The yard provided a nice space for our toddler to play. The outdoor patio was charming. And we enjoyed many walks along the sidewalks that line the street. The house itself provided the perfect place for our family. We took full advantage of the beautiful Rosebowl parks and playgrounds being so close. Thank you for a perfect home away from home.

Laid back in Pasadena
We came to California to cheer on a child participating in the 2022 Rose Parade. This house was just a few miles from Colorado Ave (parade route) and many of the local highways/byways. Everything about this California home met our needs.

Overall pretty good
This property gave us plenty of space to spend a week with family to celebrate thanksgiving. The house was mostly comfortable but some items could use repair/upgrade. Multiple drawers in the kitchen were busted, a lot of dishes and pans were dirty, both vacuums were broken, pillows were pretty terrible, appliances were incredibly loud (dish washer and washing machine especially), and one of the beds was way too soft and uncomfortable. A lot of the “personal touches” of the house could use updates (games, kids items, bathroom supplies, etc). That said the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, it had a great dining and living room space, and the back yard was beautiful. The management team was very responsive and supportive to issues. They repaired the kitchen disposal same day and dropped off a Keurig on Thanksgiving day after I accidentally dropped and broke the carafe for the coffee maker. My only last piece of advice is DO NOT book this property through VRBO. Go straight to vacationlivingrentals(dot)com to save yourself a few hundred dollars in VRBO fees.

Altadena Residence
The area was fantastic. About 15-20 min away from all the northern neighborhoods (Glendale, Pasadena, etc), and very quiet street, with nice neighbors. The spaces are very big and the yard is great if you bring your pup along. The only buts I will mention is that besides the big sofa (this is a huge plus for movie nights), the furniture is a bit old, especially the dining chairs. Not the most comfortable to work from home. The Roku is also not updated, so there's no Hulu or Disney+, and the streaming services available are very outdated. Other than that, if you're planning to just crash and watch some movies, this is a great spot!

Great location for a visit to Pasadena
The property was in a great location for visiting family and enjoying activities in Pasadena. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We were able to arrive a little early so the property manager hadn’t done a final walk through to make sure it was clean, so there were a few aspects of the house that could have been cleaner. However Kate was very responsive and made sure all our questions were answered. The master bedroom and bath were very large and were nicely separated from the rest of the house. The other bedrooms were a good size, though the shared bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. We all agreed that it was a comfortable and convenient house for our 4-day stay and a fair price.
