"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "

"The Green Iguana is amazing! The location is perfect right in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. "Very beautiful house and property. Exactly as described and as seen in pictures. The house had everything we needed. Only issue I had was with communication and directions. We couldn’t find the house, The address that was sent was a dropped pin. The directions that were sent were not accurate and out of order. No one was answering the phone and or messages. We were lost and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. We had to stop and ask numerous locals for directions. "

"Just the hubby and I, relaxing between work jobs. Loved the property and the area! So much to see even though it rained most of time! The directions were though to follow cause it was dark and raining, thank goodness the security officer helped!! Would love to go back again! "Our only regret is not having enough time to thoroughly enjoy the grounds and waterfalls. We were here for two nights, and I wish we had longer. It was a peaceful home that brought the outdoors inside, and Deborah was an amazing host. We will def be back the next time we are in Costa Rica :)"
