"I would have given this 5 stars but the ants and gnats were bothersome, to where we left a day early. The cabin does have WiFi via starlink and it worked flawlessly. I would stay here again as it was quiet and peaceful."

"So at the last minute I decided to take a weekend off (Thursday to Sunday) VRBO wouldn’t let me rent Thursday night the owner fixed and allowed me to check I. That evening. Had a great time our 16 yr old son actually swam in lake and rode on the kayaks with my 74 yr old mom it was nice to not see him with his phone glued to his face. We caught yellow belly catfish and blue gill off dock. Used New York strip as bait ( the Amish bait shop at top of the hill was awesome). Went to town one night...

"Quaint rustic cabin with all the comforts of home including a gas fireplace for chilly October evenings! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and ponds and had a blast fishing for bluegill. Our group of 9 made good use of the HUGE kitchen island where we shared meals and chatted and played card games. Close to Redbird Offroad Rec Area which was the reason for our visit! The big trailer could access the driveway from only one direction and parking was a bit tight but we made it work! "

"This was perfect for what we wanted. We were less than 10 mins to the boat ramp. The cabin itself was just the right size for the 3 of us plus we could have fit more. We loved the fire pit with wood they supplied for us. Very quiet and remote. We will def be back for a summer trip."

"Perfect property for a small family getaway. Quiet enough for a nice sanctuary, close enough to food and hiking for plenty to do. Only recommendation, for a family of four, is maybe two twin beds in second bedroom. Loved the hot tub, pond and atmosphere. Kids fell in love with neighbor cows too!"

"I spent a night here with my teen sons. Beautiful cabin and grounds. The host provides many essentials for the stay at no extra charge, including firewood, snacks/condiments, living essentials. Cabin is very comfortable and climate controlled. I can highly recommend this rental."
