"Absolutely loved the property! It is the perfect location. You’re so close to the expressway and all the grocery stores and restaurants. It’s centrally located between all my family members. It’s clean, beds were super comfortable and good water pressure in the shower, I felt right at home. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit especially if we come at a warmer time of year so we can use that amazing pool. My daughter did get some use out of the hot tub. Loved it, highly recommended!"

"Good nice cabin. Loved the view of the water but deck area and boat house is in need of major repair. Had a flood earlier this year (7 months ago) and stairs leading to boat dock fell down or collapsed while trying to go up them. Couldn’t use boat dock after 1st day there. No other way to get to boathouse so I had to launch boat daily. Cabin needs leveled badly but the cabin is very nice! Thanks"

"This was our first time renting a house for a weekend, and it was a positive experience! Our oldest daughter's wedding was in Tyler, and we needed a bigger place for our family and two dogs to stay. "It was a great stay. Owners were reachable at all times. Home was clean. Beds and towels dodnt have any hair left behind and i love that. They had coffee, boats, kayaks boat dock and canoes all complimentary that was amazing. The home is much bigger in person than on pictures i love that. It was truly a great stay and If it wasnt for the rain. It would have been even better. You definitely wont regret booking this property."

"Nice property. The check in process was good but there was nothing included about how to work the A/C. After searching for a thermostat for several minutes, I realized that it's controlled by a Remote Control and it was in Celsius temps so it was confusing. I finally found a video online how to change it to Fahrenheit. The actual property was good and comfortable. No complaints. Easy to get to from Caddo State Park and Backwater Jacks. "
