The main bedroom offers a king bed for ultimate comfort, while the guest room has two twin beds, perfect for kids. The living room also includes a queen sofa bed for any extra guests.

Start your day with a swim in one of our two heated pools or take a morning stroll to the private beach, just steps away. Afterward, challenge your family to a tennis match, practice your putting skills on the green, or explore Longboat Key’s calm waters by kayak or paddleboard. For lunch, fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy a BBQ at the picnic area.

In the afternoon, head to the nearby Village of Longboat Key to explore charming shops and grab a bite at one of the local seafood restaurants. Kids and adults alike will love discovering the wildlife along the shores of Sarasota Bay or riding bikes along scenic paths. As the sun sets, unwind on the beach with the soothing sound of the waves and soak in the picturesque Gulf of Mexico views.

For peace of mind, a refundable $250 security hold is required at check-in.

Boat docks are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the property features a BBQ area and dockside seating with beach chairs and umbrellas for a day of family fun and relaxation.
