"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"Everything was good , location, site would definitely stay again 👍⭐️"

"has everything you need for a short stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite tiny and wardrobe space is limited. No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. There is a small outdoor area to sit in - if you like talking to the neighbours as all chalets are close together."

"What a house! Perfect in every way. We had such a magical stay over Christmas. The property is in the best location on the beach and has everything you need.The check in process was super simple and we were made very welcome. If we find ourselves up North again we will definitely be staying here. Thank you."

"We booked and paid for 9 rooms at this property through VRBO. One of the team turned up at the property to find that there were no rooms - this property has not hired out rooms since October 2022. Still trying to get a refund through VRBO. Avoid at all costs!"

"We have had a great October break. The cottage is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Ideal location to walk the coast into Brid and back (land train optional). Short distance to Filey. Scarborough - where our children enjoyed Peasholm Park feeding the squirrels. Hosts also provided Sewerby Hall entrance tickets. A great week had by all. 😊 xx"

"Staff were very helpful and friendly the phoned me before my stay to sort out a accessible room. The shower was amazing very powerful with 2 different heads to use, the beds were very comfortable and looked like a new carpet. Has a big car park so parking no problem and was free with the stay. Breakfast was very good not a huge selection of pastries or bread and scrambled eggs were alittle wet. I did here someone asked for fried and they wete very happy to do that, so I would ask next time. "

"Boas instalações e muito bem localizado! Passei um fim-de-semana em família. A cama de criança tinha o tamanho de uma cama de casal. Os quartos estão bem equipados, com televisão, internet wireless e AC. Não houve ruído no quarto, apenas as cortinas poderiam isolar melhor a luminosidade. O staff do hotel é muito simpático. Uma falha a destacar é o facto do hotel não ter estacionamento gratuito. Tive que estacionar no centro comercial que está localizado ao lado do hotel e pagar 7£ por noite."

"Great location with parking available onsite . We booked to include parking and breakfast. Our room was amazing and included complimentary mini bar which included beer, wine, soft drinks, water, crisps and chocolate bar.Bed was super comfy, breakfast great selection.Hotel staff were all lovely.we will definitely be back "
