Second floor has a bedroom and another full bath. There is a loft area that is great for kids to play and two single beds.
Covered patio with grill is just a few steps from the back door and next to the game room with pool table and air hockey.
The outdoor space has mature trees, grassy areas and a fire pit.
Guests have access to the main floor, second floor, outside space and game room during their stay.
The Cottage is 3 minutes to the city center; 5 minutes to Grocery stores, local restaurants and shopping. Large quiet backyard with mature trees, firepit and lawn for relaxing or outdoor games. Off-street parking for 4 cars. USU is only 10 minutes from the home. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is approximately 40 minutes and Cherry Peak Ski Resort is only 29 minutes from The Cottage home.
Hiking trails are a short drive in any direction (5 minutes to 20 minutes away). Hyrum Dam is just 15 minutes from the home. Garden City, UT is only 51 minutes through scenic Logan Canyon and Hardware Ranch is just 34 minutes from the home.
The Cottage is surrounded by single-family homes with mature yards and trees.

- Parking for our guests is reserved on the West Side of the home on the cement pad. Room for four vehicles. Do not block the driveway. It is access to another property. Parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house any time of the year (per city ordinance). No on-street parking during winter months (November 15th through March 15th).
- No open flames inside the house.
- No smoking inside the home , any buildings, or within 25 feet of any building. No vaping inside the home, any buildings, or within 25 feet of any building.
- Upon leaving, place dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher.
- Upon leaving, place dirty towels, dish rags, pillow cases in the washer and start the wash cycle.
- Check to make sure stove, oven, and BBQ Grill are turned off.
- Lock all doors and windows of the home before you leave.
Note: Do not park any vehicle in driveway. It is access to another property.
