After booking what was listed as a home in town, it was 30 minutes out of town. This was discovered minutes after booking-they emailed the actual address. I spoke to management Co. right away- they would not allow me to cancel give refund. They did allow me to stay in a home closer to town, not exactly what I was looking for but better than fighting more than I already had. That property was fair. Cleaners need some training- dirty towels were in the washer- that meant there were only a couple clean towels and they were very worn out- no laundry soap- the air fryer was filthy-pizza pan was beyond rusted-freezer had dirt in the bottom shelf. Overall the house we actually stayed at was not bad- the owners-managers-cleaners sure seems to not be paying attention to details. Customer service and accurately listing a property goes a long way. I will not be staying in any property this management co. takes care of. , They seemed to not care as long as they got my money this time. This is the only time I have left a bad review after staying at many properties across over the years.
