The most famous charming street in the city center can be reached by car in about 7-11 minutes, while the route to the airport takes about 20 minutes. Greenery lovers can relax in the nearby Park Helenów with its fountain, picturesque bridge, table tennis area, and children's play space. Those who appreciate regular outdoor workouts, meanwhile, can visit the Park Staromiejski, about a quarter of an hour's walk away, where an outdoor gym, a pond and a dog run are located. In just 11-12 minutes you can reach the Manufaktura shopping center and Galeria Łódzka. In turn, a 6-minute drive from the property is the Łódź Fabryczna railway station. This elegant and stylish studio is designed for four people. It is located on the second floor of the building, so you can enjoy the view of the neighborhood and the urban landscape from the windows. The unit has a mezzanine, where a comfortable double bed is placed. In the living area of the apartment there is a large corner sofa bed in a modern light blue shade, along with a table where you can drink your morning coffee or have a snack while watching your favorite programs on terrestrial television. The comfort of storing handy trinkets is taken care of by a cabinet standing under the television, while clothes and shoes can be stored in a capacious closet with a mirror. A dining table with chairs is also available here. Carefully selected decorations make the interior look very tasteful. Meals can be prepared quickly and easily in the functionally equipped kitchenette - there is an oven, induction hob, gas kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine. Evening relaxation in a friendly atmosphere is made possible by a standing bathtub in the bathroom, along with a welcome set of toiletries, a hairdryer and towels. The arrangement is dominated by white, black and wooden accents, making the interior subdued and cozy. Efficient space management makes the studio comfortable to use.
