"Expansive property with a variety of lodging options ranging from two-story buildings, motel-like, to individual bungalows: duplexes and singes. 257-step walking trail leads down from the far end of the property, which borders a forested and poison oak-draped flora, to Burton street below. Burton offers a variety of stores and restaurants. Convenient. Also easily accessible by car. Quaint, quiet, well-kept lodging facilities."

"I can't recommend this house enough! It was as beautiful and well maintained as it looks. The view was outstanding with trees and birds and the sunset. There are 2 areas to sit outside with nice chairs and gas firepits. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked (including with a small box of chocolates and bottle of wine). This house would be good for someone with some mobility challenges. The King bedroom is on the first floor along with the kitchen, dining, and living areas....

"We had 5 wonderful nights at the house and loved everything about it. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking at home. And can I add, our dog had a great time on the porch watching deer and turkeys in the lot across the street!! And the hot tub was a relaxing way to end each day."

"Quiet and cute. We didn’t have to use AC even though highs were in the upper 80s. It was nice to have the gas grill. The only thing to consider is that the light fixtures in the living room and sun room are stylish but don’t give enough light for reading a print book at night. Well-equipped kitchen. "

"My husband and I enjoyed the cozy Coach House. The bath towels and wash cloths were plentiful. It was sufficiently stocked for an egg breakfast, coffee and tea for two. The view from the bedroom was gorgeous. We were the only ones in the area for our first couple of days and were not bothered when some weekend guests staying up the hill arrived. Great location, close to Paso Robles and wineries but far enough away for privacy. If I could ask for something it would be an outdoor lounger or more...
