"Brixham is beautiful. The property has amazing views. Shower over bath, ok ISH, but the tap leaks. It also leaks in the kitchen. No recycling and the outside bin was full to the brim. We paid extra £100 for linen and was expected to strip beds on vacating. Think this is a bit much to ask when you have to vacate at 9.30am and the fact we paid extra £100 for this service. "What a lovely cosy cottage, we had a great 2 night stay over the new year. Quaint sitting room with lovely little touches , well equipped kitchen with everything you need . "This cottage is really lovely. Great location, nice host and has everything needed for a holiday. The pub in the village is a minutes walk and serves nice food - what more coul you want. "Great location on The Hoe and fantastic to be able to park right outside. The studio is pleasant enough but feels soulless. There was no rug on the floor and it seems spartan. I moved the sofa a little which helped. Bathroom tiny but manageable. They expect you to take your own rubbish out around the corner and do your washing up. Makes me think I am reliant on the previous guests’ rinsing of cups. Bed linen and towels were good quality. Leaving tea and coffee and fresh milk in the fridge...

"Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"Overall a good stay. Room was really spacious and bed was comfortable, although pillows were really bad. I booked room for 3, but everything was for 2, from towels to coffee, but this was not a problem as reception was polite and efficient and they brought towels in no time. We saw a major leak in coming from toilet, so not sustainable not appropriate as the floor became all wet."
