"We throughly enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg! The unit was located in an old church in a very safe location! The unit was clean, cute and cozy! We were in town for a soccer tournament for our daughter with friends. The town has so much to offer with shopping, food, history and entertainment. The host answered all of our questions immediately and was very helpful! "

"We had a lovely time here! It was just the refresh we all needed. There were parts of the house that could definitely use some TLC (ie. broken trim, missing lightbulbs/insufficient light), but our group wasn’t too bothered by those things. The hot tub could have been cleaner (some of our group got rashes), but the other amenities made up for it. Despite the negatives, we would (and will) stay here again."

"Had a long weekend getaway with a group of girlfriends from across the country after we all attended a conference in DC. It was easy to get to, plenty of room inside as well as outside. The hot tub was quite nice and we all enjoyed a few hours paddling in the kayaks around the lake. Definitely would go back!"

"We (myself and 9 buddies) had an excellent stay at Libby's Landing. The house was great - plenty of room to spread out and 10 beds so everyone got their own space to sleep. The main indoor draw of the house is an awesome great room where we spent most of our time when not outside. It was huge and even with 10 guys, there was more than enough room. "We stayed here for two night for a family wedding we attended in the area. The house was very clean and everything worked. However the WiFi strength is weak for TV. Beautiful location. We did not use boats or anything outdoors but I’m sure it would be a great spot for summer fun. "

"We had a great time at the house with beautiful weather! We had a big group staying and had many meals outside on the large deck! We enjoyed the hot tub, and the lake was beautiful. We did not use the kayaks and paddleboard at the house as the lake level was quite low and would’ve been difficult to get in/out. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"

"I had 11 guests staying there and they all said it was great! There were enough beds, they loved all the provided activities and the location was beautiful. No one was from the area, they are all from cities across the country so it was a nice break. The only issue was the neighbors, they were extremely rude."
