The Saint-Martin is opposite the church. It is a former presbytery converted into 2 adjoining gites. The town is located in a tourist site 8 km from the motorway (Vaiges), 7 km from Ste Suzanne, a small town of character, 7 km from Evron (all shops).
Fishing in public waters (trout, white fish, predatory fish) from March to September; fishing license required, daily rate €5, week €20 and children under 12 €2).
Ground floor: 24m² living room with equipped kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms (one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 3 single beds), bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet. Telephone, wifi available. Enclosed garden (stone wall and fence), garden furniture, barbecue, semi-enclosed parking. Baby equipment on request: travel cot - baby high chair - child's high chair
Heating provision of €15/night from November 1st to March 30th AND depending on the heating requirement during the stay, electricity on meter reading (to be paid to the owner)
Deposit of €300 required: PAYMENT by CHECK payable to the PUBLIC TREASURY (the owner being a community).
Option: cleaning €90 - sheets €10/bed (professional stay 1 cleaning per stay of 1 to 14 nights and 1 sheet/bed compulsory) - towels €5/pers
