"We can't say enough how wonderful it was to stay at this house. The location was perfect, on a street right across from the Suwanee, near the State Park. The house was recently updated and immaculately clean. It had a lot of charm, too. "Chase's Retreat" is filled with wonderful artwork. Great communication by the owner. Could not ask for more. "The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year."

"My mom and I really enjoyed our stay here! We built a fire, enjoyed the string lights in the evening, and we were only a 15 minute drive from the Florida Folk Festival. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, the kitchen had everything we needed. "The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on...
