"The house is in a great location and we really enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. The house has some quirks that need attention (lights not working, uneven floors, broken plumbing fixtures, junk outside, etc.), but we spent most of our time outside anyway. "

"The location and views are great. It was a comfortable stay. There were some deferred maintenance items which were shared with the property manager. Completion of these items will greatly enhance the experience at the property and make it a '10' rating."

"My family had a wonderful time staying for 10 days over mini lobster season. The location was perfect. We could walk to Kiki's Bar and Restaurant for live music and food. Gas for the boat is just across Pine Channel. Short drive to groceries, gas, pharmacy, and bait. Property manager was quick to respond. Long dock with water for the boat. My only wish was power at the end of the dock to recharge my trolling motor. Otherwise, great stay!"

"So many things were absolutely unbelievable. It disgusts me that I paid the money I did to stay here. Every year I rent a Keys home for thanksgiving and I’ll tell you these people are charging 65% more money than this rental is worth! Dock has no electric or lights. Someone left food there.
