The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom holds a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle along with a desk. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

Measuring 20' by 40', the private saltwater pool promises hours of fun in your own backyard. Soak up the sun on the pool deck loungers. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four. The grassy area is perfect for outdoor games. On clear nights, toast marshmallows over the wood-burning firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
