"Its always nice returning back staying 4 nights in Leisure inn Spires Leura close to the train station over the road and shops and cafe's down the road walking distance is great but iv found that the staff members at Reception on Checking in to be cheeky and fed up when asking for more tea coffee and Bin liners so felt like i couldn't go back and ask for more things i needed. My room was nice and clean i was given room 6 on the ground floor of the Lawson apartment block the only problem pswas...

"A cute and sweet place to stay! Thanks Luke for the great details and parking options, the gardens and grounds are beautiful. The hut has a ladder to the loft bed, and steps to the bathroom, but I found it easy to navigate."

"We had a lovely 4 day stay at the end of October, we loved the cottage, location and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was very comfortable, the only thing missing was a place to hang our cloths, we didn't let this spoil our stay but we would have liked to have seen a wardrobe and drawers ( the wardrobe in the adverting photo isn't there ad it has been replaced by a TV ). We will be happy to recommend this property to family and friends. Paul and Carol"

"My partner and I stayed here for 5 nights whilst having a little holiday away from Sydney. The property was lovely and clean, beautifully decorated, and so warm and cosy on those cold nights. Almost every day we were visited by Coco the kitty and a few times by Poppy (also a kitty). "We enjoyed staying at Orchard Cottage. Please should be aware however of noise from the highway and trains. If people do not like night time noise they should consider something else. Whilst there was a lot of crockery to use, a lot of it was chipped, so I would suggest to the owner to renew the crockery. In addition, in 3 of the bedrooms there are only 2 hooks at the back of doors to hang clothes - no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms . The other 2 bedrooms have drawers and 2 hooks behind the...

"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc)...

"Perhaps the only 5-star property when in Katoomba. Staff were courteous and friendly, the over hotel vibe honed a rather old British look. Very clean, some parts seem dated and a bit stiff. Gorgeous garden, especially around the outdoor pool. "
