"The house was charming, comfortable and clean. The photos of the house are very accurate. There was a nice screen porch to relax on. The kitchen was very well equipped, as was the house. It had everything you need. The location was excellent, half way between the beach and the bay— about a 2 or 3 minute walk each way. You could hear the surf at night with the windows open. Michelle the host was super responsive and everything on the place was cleaned up and fixed from whatever hurricane damage...

"The Lemon Shack is wonderful. All of the thoughtful details provided by the hosts were spot on. Everything you could ever need for a beach vacation was provided. Excellent communication from the host. The house was very clean and well stocked. Can’t recommend this place enough. "

"Quiet area and great little houses. Rented the margarita and was not disappointed. At one point our door lock failed and the manager was there within a few minutes to fix it. Would stay again!"

"Great property and very nice stay. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped apartment. Definitely would stay again. The only negatives were late check-in is a little challenging, parking is not readily available near the unit, and there is no television in the bedroom."

"We were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the house. Nick had the pool heated when we arrived which we enjoyed very much! The pool area is private which made relaxing by the poolside enjoyable.Everything was well stocked including the kitchen, bathrooms and linens. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was a short drive to the Venice pier and beaches and the neighborhood was very quiet. "

"We felt right at home. Nice layout for 2 people or a small family, very clean, comfortable bed, nice neighborhood and Carmen was very quick to respond whenever we had a question. Pool is not heated but super close to the beaches and shopping centers. We would stay here again when in the area."

"The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!"

"Excellent stay. The unit is well furnished, with many lovely details (bath robe, bedspread on the couch, etc.), is clean and has everything you need. The mattress is comfortable. The place was completely cleaned up and fixed so soon after the storms. Liked evenings by the water and watching the sunset."

"The property was fun but what set this property apart from other stays was the property manager. Excellent communication and was very accomodating to my requests. I even had left something behind at the property and was assisted fully in recovering those items after leaving the property. Exceptional and above expectations!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property! The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The back patio was a highlight—we loved relaxing there each night and playing cards. It was wonderful that the property was dog-friendly, making it perfect for our family.The pool wasn’t working during our visit (not pumping or heating), but the owner was responsive and kept us informed. A friendly neighbor even tried to assist twice, but since it was a holiday weekend,...

"We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!"

"All was great. Only want to point out that the door leading into bathroom was stuck and appears to be water damaged or rotted in the bottom. Also could not turn on the main light by living room/kitchen area. Not complaining, just thought you should know. "

"Plenty of room. Comfortable. Well appointed. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to find plenty to do. The exercise pool/hot tub was a plus for sure. We would definitely stay here again."
