"Let me start by saying this place is definitely a Cozy Cottage in so many positive ways. At first my husband wanted a larger place but we have family just down the street so this place just made sense. After staying here, he was grateful I nudged him in this direction. "Quiet comfortable accommodations, best beach on the island, short walking distance to great restaurants, amenities such as beach cart, chairs and umbrella made for a perfect day at the beach."

"We (3 adults, 3 children, 2 50lb dogs) had a lovely stay for 4th if July week. The fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and swing, ping pong table and outdoor shower. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and gracious.
