"I have progressing mobility issues. The property is mainly one level, with two tiny steps to the bathroom and a tiny stop to the front door. Shower enclosure, no tub. Rustic, charming property on a small pond with ducks and other wildlife. Owner has done all the renovations to the property himself. "Every one of us loved it here - grown ups, kids, and dog. We had many great adventures in a short time and wished we could have stayed longer. The kids and the dog loved roaming the beach right outside and swimming in such perfectly clear and calm water was wonderful. Well equipped apartment and helpful friendly hosts. Recommended and we hope to be back some day. "

"Annual reunion for friends. Property was great to entertain and stage us for other local events. Had an acoustic singer guitarist in and the acoustics were great! Pool is clean but is shared with two other Vrbo rentals on the property. Fire pit nice touch by the lake.privacy between the three suites is a challenge."

"The 2 bedroom, 3 bed house was great. It was clean, well stocked and located right off the beach. It is quiet with a great view. Highly recommend staying here if you don't mind the drive to get places. Cape Breton in the fall is absolutely beautiful! A must see!"

"We had a very special experience of the stay. Very convenience going to Cabot Trail and the national park. Friendly attitude and timely response. The natural environment was great with ocean, stars and the green views. However, please be mindful of the mosquitos and please adjust your expectations of the furniture/equipment considering the locations of the place. "

"This is definately a unique property located minutes from the Englishtown ferry right on the Cabot Trail. The converted container/tiny house had everything we needed for our stay. Luxury towels and linens, beautiful bathroom, kitchen amenities and nice deck with fire place and bbq ready to use with wood and kindling all supplied. Lisa, the property manager was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay. Eco friendly, off the grid place to stay :)"
