"Atendimento pelos poucos funcionários existentes péssimo, grosseiros e mal educados, sem disposição alguma para ajudar ou tratar bem os hospedes. Não tem café da manhã. Cobram uma taxa de U$100 na entrada caso você ocasione algum dano, mas não podem dar receibo e não informam como será feira esta conferência (dos danos), tão pouco como será a devolução, um absurdo e um abuso de poder esta atitude deles. "My daughter and I stayed here for one night, before we went to Cape May for my son's Coast Guard graduation, and we were pleasantly surprised that the photos online were the same as what the room actually looked like. We were even more surprised at the location and how spacious and clean the room was. Beautiful view of the ocean, corner room, one of the most comfortable beds I'd ever slept on in a hotel. Just an overall great place to stay! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

"Although the location was great and the hotel was beautiful, the lack of management made it a bad experience. No one was never around, and the breakfast was a joke. They say they offer a continental breakfast but it was nothing of that. There was only a basket with a few horrible products, and even a milk that was out of date and crunched. I have never seen anything like that. They say breakfast is served from 9:00 to 10:00- which was odd- and there was no one around to serve us. The first day...
