"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

"The apartment was very poorly maintained. The kitchen in the room had no utensils. TV doesn’t have kids channel. There were cockroaches. The staff were great and the location was also great."

"Lot of noise threw out the night teenagers running down the hallway cursing. They dont tell u online its a $25 deposit on top of your room fees. It took 3 days for i got my refund back on my card. I would never book here again."

"The hotel is terrible we had issues with our room keys told the office and they said they closed at 9 so if your keys don’t work just keep trying”they’re old”. Ended up not getting in Friday night so had to find a room else where with all our stuff locked in their room. Got back there sat and complained and they said they would come check the door, it took them an hour to get to us and they found an issue with their door but refused to give us any refund even though we had to get a last minute...

"We really enjoyed the spacious rooms. They offered to make smores from 6 to 9 pm. The breakfast was okay. We enjoyed the waffle maker but they need to offer sausage or bacon to go with the waffle. They only offered sausage inside a frozen breakfast biscuit sandwich. "
