"Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Vor allem diese Ruhe - keine Touristen oder Verkehr. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die dieses alte urige Häuschen hergerichtet, aber den alten Charakter erhalten hat! Steinboden, krumme Balken, alte Möbel - für Liebhaber ein Kleinod. Das Dorf Trsek allerdings besteht leider aus vielen Ruinen und nur wenigen bewohnten Häusern, was dann ja wieder super ist, wegen der Ruhe! Mitten auf einem Hügel zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Natur pur!"

"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"Wir haben die Zeit in Podpec sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr alt und sehr speziell und eine Reise wert. Man kann von dort schöne Wanderungen beginnen, aber auch mit dem Auto schnell am Meer und in Triest sein. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!! wir sind als Fremde gekommen und als Freunde gegangen! Danke Neva und Alfio!"

"Really nice place to stay. Our room was very small but we knew this in advance. We were there during a heatwave so the pool was amazing. The airconditioning is also great. Breakfast is good, really nice pistachio croissants. The restaurant next to the hotel is a nice place to eat. Only negatives thing would be that the hotel is a bit noisy, you can hear people in the hallway in the morning for example. "

"Die Anlage besteht aus drei seperaten Wohneinheiten wodurch jede Familie ihren privaten Rückzugsort hatte. Der Innenhof/Garten ist schön gestaltet und wir haben viele tolle Abende dort verbracht. Es war das erste Ferienobjekt in dem Mal genügend Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe etc vorhanden war. Es war auch sehr sauber."

"This is one of the few rental properties on our recent trip to Europe where we felt like the owners had gone to a great deal of effort to provide everything you need to be comfortable. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Volkanski Ruti. Wir haben die tolle Rundumsicht und die Ruhe am Berg sehr genossen. Die etwa 8 Minuten Bergfahrt auf der schmalen aber gut ausgebauten Straße wird durch das tolle Bergpanorama aufgewogen. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Juri ist sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen."

"The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"Die gut ausgestattete Wohnküche war der Mittelpunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Die Ausstattung ließ keine wünsche offen. Das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss ist toll eingerichtet, aber die schmale Treppe ist für gehbehinderte etwas schwierig. Kleinere Mängel sind nicht erwähnenswert. Die Betreuung vom benachbarten Hausmeister war super. Auch die Organisation im Vorfeld des Urlaubs durch den Eigentümer war hervorragend."
