"Our stay here was magical! Communication with David was a breeze from the start. Due to flight times from Florida, we arrived in the evening, but he was there to greet us with his warm smile & friendly demeanor. The cottage is ideal! You will think you stepped into a "Maine Cottages" magazine. It is well equipped, and was capable of hosting our "Lobstah Boil" with 20 guests, a live Jazz Saxophonist & a keyboard player! The views can't be beat. Want to kayak? Want to canoe? Conveniently located...

"We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!"

"Lovely cabin with nice touches. Clean and comfortable with little surprises everywhere. Located on a quiet road with a beautiful view of Dexter Pond. Upon arrival I was greeted with a loon call, and it was awesome! Kayaks were provided and I ventured off on the pond and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place."

"We have traveled Midcoast Maine since childhood and have always admired this historic riverfront Wiscasset building. We were so happy for the opportunity to stay here! The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views. Perfect landing spot for Wiscasset's beautiful walking tour, eateries and shops. We loved every minute. Thank you!"

"This is an incredible property! The host was even better. Super communicative and friendly. The land is absolutely gorgeous. The back deck area was perfect for hanging out with friends. Everything was amazing!I would look out for getting the right address in your gps. A few of our friend’s apps autocorrected them to a town about 15 mins away from the property. If you are lucky enough to book here you will LOVE it!"

"We loved our short stay at the carriage house. It’s beautifully renovated and high quality everything. Perfect for two people. Easily 4 if you don’t mind sharing space a bit. We would have loved to Spend more time but we were in and out a lot. Not far from downtown waterfront. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. "

"So quiet but pretty close to shops. The camp has all needed amenities. Sunsets were unreal right from the deck. We swam right off the dock. Kayaks were a bonus. The screened porch is perfect for curling up with a book and listening to the loons. The high speed internet made it so I could work from there which I had to during the week. Ideal camp."

"Property was very nice. A few things needed upgrades. The grill was rusty and we couldn’t use it. The bathtub needed a grab bar. The treads to the dock were very slippery when wet because of mold. And a couple of treads leading down to dock were loose. We enjoyed boating and fishing was great. It was also nice to have boat ramp so close to cottage and our boat right on our dock. "

"This was our second year staying here and we had a wonderful time with our family. Thank you for another great year! We stayed during a heat wave and the added ac’s this year made our stay much more comfortable! "

"This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!"
