"We had a large group and had more than enough beds and plenty of space to hang out. Would recommend for a big group or a family looking to spread out!"

"Lovely cabin with nice touches. Clean and comfortable with little surprises everywhere. Located on a quiet road with a beautiful view of Dexter Pond. Upon arrival I was greeted with a loon call, and it was awesome! Kayaks were provided and I ventured off on the pond and it was amazing! Highly recommend this place."

"We so enjoyed staying in the open, light filled Boathouse. The highlight was the nightly visit to our dock by the Great Blue heron, who enjoyed fishing off the dock. Also loved watching the terns, egret, and bald eagles!"

"Memorial Day Weekend, came from Upstate NY to see friends and family. Dont stray too far. Everything you need is with 15 minutes. Must do's Hawkes Lobster and Holbrook's Wharf! House was nice and walking out on dock high and low tide to some of is that have never experienced it is amazing. Much redoect to the men and women that keep the wharf going!"

"The title says it all. Property owners have their own separate house on site, along with a few other rental cottages. Properties share a common dock that is in excellent condition. Owners were super welcoming, friendly, and reachable if needed. "

"We have traveled Midcoast Maine since childhood and have always admired this historic riverfront Wiscasset building. We were so happy for the opportunity to stay here! The space is thoughtfully arranged as both an homage to its history and a cozy living space with gorgeous Sheepscot views. Perfect landing spot for Wiscasset's beautiful walking tour, eateries and shops. We loved every minute. Thank you!"

"Highly recommend. Beautiful location, quiet & spacious floor plan. Close to shopping/groceries. There is plenty of room to move around. Was so great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Property is very clean, well-maintained & stocked. Property Manager responds immediately if anything is needed. Home is on a cove, so it was great to be able to climb down a few rocks to explore area for Seaglass, shells, etc. Enjoyed the large deck to view ocean, lobster boats, morning coffee, afternoon...

"We had a lovely stay. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown Brunswick. The dishes that were provided allowed us to have a simple breakfast and to reheat leftovers. Little gifts left by our hostess were a nice treat. "

"This is an incredible property! The host was even better. Super communicative and friendly. The land is absolutely gorgeous. The back deck area was perfect for hanging out with friends. Everything was amazing!I would look out for getting the right address in your gps. A few of our friend’s apps autocorrected them to a town about 15 mins away from the property. If you are lucky enough to book here you will LOVE it!"

"We loved our short stay at the carriage house. It’s beautifully renovated and high quality everything. Perfect for two people. Easily 4 if you don’t mind sharing space a bit. We would have loved to Spend more time but we were in and out a lot. Not far from downtown waterfront. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs. "
