Contemporary and unique a loft apartment in the heart of historic Lisbon with lift. The entire building has been restored and is situated next to the main squares of Praca da Figueira and Rossio. Just a few minutes walking distance from the Tagus river, top restaurants and designer shops of Avenida de Liberdade and Chiado.

One bedroom downstairs with en suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom on the top level with en-suite bathroom and free standing bath. Both bedrooms with Queen beds. A further guest bathroom downstairs with shower and unique features creates an elegant and cool look. On the landing a comfortable chaise lounge where you can read while enjoying the view to the lower level.

A fully equipped open planned kitchen with Bosch appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. From one of the windows a view of St George's castle, which is beautifully lit at night. The lounge is cozy with a large L-shaped sofa and flat screen TV, open planned to the dining area with seating for 6 people.The decor is neutral and light, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
Velux automated windows with shutters throughout the apartment, giving you privacy and convenience.

O apartamento é ótimo, impecavel!
Equipado, moderno, seu único “senão” são os tetos muito baixos, o que limita a circulação no apartamento. Janelas automatizadas, excelentes banheiros, ótimas camas.

Unique and nice property
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a lift/elevator. It's a nicely remodeled unit. I think it was probably attic space in the past as the slope of the ceilings can limit movement somewhat. We loved it but if you have tall people in your party it may not be the right fit.

Great location but not a place has limitations
Overall a nicely modernized property in a great location for enjoying the main sights of Lisbon. We were a party of four adults and frankly the sloping ceilings were an issue as they make maneuvering around the space challenging, and limit the usable floor space. We also had problems with an unpleasant odor (most likely from the plumbing) that was particularly noticeable in the living room. It actually caused us to not use that space and have windows open. We did report it and technicians came out within 24 hours. It was improved but not completely solved. Not a property we would rent again if returning to Lisbon.

I didn’t have a great communication experience up front and at check in and the slanted ceilings get tiring, but they were quick to respond when we got locked out. The location would be much improved with a brief binder explaining the local services like elevators and grocery store and how to use the laundry. More communication up front would have made check in more smooth. It was a bit bumpy. We didn’t know what unit we were going into. We’re expecting Maria and someone else turned up and had never worked with the property before so she had no intel to give us which was disappointing. But we enjoyed the location.

Great location & property
This condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We had two tours that started only two blocks away. Trolly & metros also very convenient to us. Good restaurants near by. We will stay once again on our return. The low ceiling in the upstairs area can mean you must be careful, but this proved not to be much of a problem for us. Great to have a building elevator as this is top floor. The expresso machine button was stuck so we could not use this, but that was a minor issue for us as we liked two coffee & pastry shops near by. Also good markets and wine shops near the condo. At night the condo was very quite, no street noise. The staff were very helpful and welcoming on our arrival.

Great location, not for tall people
Others have mentioned this is a top floor apt and the ceilings are low. All of us bumped our heads a few times. Location is great. I think the entire building is short term rentals I would have given five stars but when we checked in, they told us not to use one shower because the door was broken and they would fix it, but they did not and we were there a week. We chose this apt bc it was two bedrooms, two full bathrooms. Also text when you are on your way from the airport so someone is there to meet you

Beautifully appointed. Great location. Check in and out was seamless.
A lovely apartment, with everything you need for a perfect stay in Lisbon. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms state of the art. The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot and other popular area are no more than 10 minutes away by taxi. Everything you need is close by, supermarkets and restaurants. The check in experience was seamless. Maria arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport and take me to the apartment, where someone welcomed me and hall have me a tour.of the apartment. Would opt to stay here again.

Centrally located and well appointed apartment
Great property with all the amenities! It was clean and modern. The rooflines (particularly on the 2nd floor) are very low and you will need to crouch frequently or face the consequences of a bruised head. There is also a 'tourism tax' that is paid upon entry in cash (only) that feels more like a built in gratuity. 1 Euro per person per night so have some cash on hand. Day trips to Sintra and Cascais are easy and I would recommend Uber for the convenience. Overall, a great stay and close to everything you would want to see! Carlton

Alles sehr gut in Ordnung und sauber, alles vorhanden, pünktlicher Check-in, zuvor sehr netter und freundlicher E-Mail-Verkehr, sehr freundlicher Kontakt über What's App während des Aufenthalts. Die Lage ist excellent. @ Gäste, die größer sind als wir (1,80 m und mehr) würden sich ganz oben wahrscheinlich häufiger den Kopf stoßen.

The duplex was exactly as pictured.
A lovely duplex. Great location. Heads up....the upper floor ceilings are fairly low, so if you are tall you will need to stoop a bit. Bernardo was very responsive to all our questions.

Thank you for a perfect stay in Lisbon. The apartment is even better than the photos and the location is ideal. My husband and I stayed with our 20 year old daughter and the duplex nature of the apartment was ideal. Bernardo was incredibly responsive and ensured all our questions were answered. His advice about tours, restaurants and his arrangements of a full day guide to Sintra allowed us to immerse ourselves in the City and be a part of the fabric of Lisbon in a way a hotel stay would not. The check-in was easy despite our flight delay. The apartment was well-appointed and the air-conditioning was a welcome respite at the end of the day. This modern apartment in the heart of the old city is the best way to experience Lisbon. Thank you for such terrific service.

Lovely apartment - Great Location - Wonderful Hosts
We had a wonderful stay at this very beautiful apartment. Clean, quiet, modern, everything works. Elevator was essential for us! Bernardo was always available for advice and help with travel and arranged our transfer from the airport and a day trip with Andre ( who is great and English speaking as well) to Sintra and surrounding towns. Pedro met us at the apartment and gave us great advice on eating and an orientation to the workings of the unit. It is truly a loft apartment and as such we all had to be careful of the angles and tilts of the ceilings, but we loved our stay. Obrigado! Roclo

Wonderful Property!
We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful, modern and in the perfect location, right in the heart of the action. It's located on a side street so its very quiet at night which was perfect as we like to sleep with the windows open. Bernardo and Francisco could not be more responsive and helpful to our every need. They also supplied us with great ideas for restaurants, sites and hot spots around the city. I highly recommend this property and would book it again when i return to Lisbon.

A real delight!
This property is in the perfect location to see the city. Transportation, shopping, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy are only steps away. The loft is exactly how it's pictured: chic, elegant, and comfortable. We like to eat two meals in every day and found the kitchen well equipped and very functional. It was also a pleasure to gather around the large dining table. We were three and made use of both bedrooms and all bathrooms. The appliances are first rate: and, even better, appliance instructions are provided in multiple languages. For an extended trip, having both a washer and a dryer was a real treat. When I travel I am interested in three things: location, low noise level, and good climate control. This place has them all. The windows are amazing. When they are closed, one hears nothing at all. If you'd like to enjoy the sounds of a bustling city, just open them. Climate control was excellent, as well. And, I saved the best for last, Bernardo. We was very welcoming and was a font of information. He spent a lot of time with us and was willing to spend even more. His friendliness, openness, and prompt response to questions made to trip so much more comfortable for all of us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property! Maria and Bernardo were great hosts and made sure we were comfortable and welcome.
Property is a stylish and modern update on a classic building. It is perfectly located between old Mouraria and the busy downtown area. Easy to walk to very many places of interest. Everything worked in the unit including new appliances, wifi, and air conditioners.

Charming apartment at a great location
We very much enjoyed our experience at this elegant and charming apartment in Bairro Alto. Even though the apartment is located in a very busy, commercial area of Lisbon, the place was very quiet and comfortable. We found everything clean and in perfect order at our arrival and Bernardo was always available to answer our questions and give nice tips on things to do around Lisbon. Being near the subway station made everything easier for us, since we did not have a car and did mostly everything on foot. I would definitely go back.
