The apartment is on the third floor and can be reached via stairs. In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa that can be converted into a single sofa bed and a TV for entertainment. The property also boasts a private balcony with two seats, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while enjoying the mesmerizing sea views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious meals and a dining table for two.

The bedroom features a double bed with complimentary high-quality linens for your utmost comfort and a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

Algés is a picturesque suburb in the Lisbon District of Portugal, situated just west of the capital city, Lisbon. It is part of the larger municipality of Oeiras and is known for its charm, scenic beauty, and historical significance.

It is situated along the northern bank of the Tagus River (Rio Tejo), offering stunning waterfront views and easy access to the river. The scenic riverfront promenade is a popular spot for leisurely walks and enjoying the view of the river and the 25 de Abril Bridge.

Algés has a rich history and is known for its historic buildings and landmarks. One of the most notable is the Palace of the Dukes of Palmela (Palácio dos Duques de Palmela), a beautiful 19th-century palace symbolising the area's heritage.

The Algés waterfront is home to several cultural attractions, including the Algés Market (Mercado de Algés), a bustling market with various food stalls and local products. The Algés Promenade (Passeio Marítimo de Algés) hosts numerous cultural events and concerts, drawing locals and tourists.

The area boasts several green spaces and parks, providing residents with areas for recreation and relaxation. The Algés Park (Parque de Algés) is famous for picnics and outdoor activities.

The nearest bus stop, Cruz Quebrada, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
