The property is located in a quiet authentic fishing village of Areia and short walking distance to Guincho beach, famous for surfing. The village offers a selection of restaurants, a small community grocery and paper shop all in 5 minute walk. Cascais town is a short distance and offers guests a wide variety of options, the property is situated on the edge of the natural park of Sintra-Cascais perfect for walks, cycling and other outdoor activities. The apartment offers guests a quiet and tranquil living space with beautiful outside space to relax and enjoy. The entire apartment is for the exclusive and private use of guests. Free parking for 1 car is available at the property.

The Space
Offering two bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), a large living dinning room and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment was recently restored with care by the owners to make this comfortable as possible for its guests.
The apartment has a living room with Lcd Tv and Wi-Fi. The living room has a leisure area with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for an extra guest, and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, espresso machine and American coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and mixer.
The private terrace has a table and chairs for eating, an awning for protection and sun loungers for relaxing in comfort in natural surroundings and beautiful selection of plants.

House rules:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment;
• Pets are not allowed;
• The apartment is not prepared for people with disabilities;
• No noise allowed in the apartment between 7am and 10pm – Please respect the neighbours;
• Take out trash and turn off lights and equipment when not in use.
• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - €100:
• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention
• Forgetting the keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €
• At check-in, a manual will be delivered, follow the rules in it.

Check-in – Between 4 pm and 8 pm; before 4 pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; Late check-in after 24h will cost €50.
Check-out – Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.

Cascais City Tax:
Cascais City Council charges a fee of 2€ per night per person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14€ per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.

Security Deposit: 200 Euros per booking; they will be refunded if the apartment is in the same conditions in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any of its furniture or equipment.

Extras Services:
Transfer from / to airport / apartment: €55 up to 4 people; €70 up to 6 people.
Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;
Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include various services from booking recreational or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.
