An apartment with an amazing terrace

Apartment with an amazing terrace, totally renovated, inserted in a building from the end of the 19th century, on Saboia Avenue, Monte Estoril, a small town situated in the highest and most luxurious area of Cascais and Estoril. It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the train station to Lisbon and Cascais. Excellent location, close to all services.

Saboia Terrace 515 offers accommodation on Monte Estoril with free Wi-Fi and sea views. This apartment offers air-conditioned in all rooms and living room, accommodation with a balcony and a terrace with 20 m2.
The apartment includes 3 bedrooms all with TV, a kitchen with an american fridge, dishwasher and an oven, as well as a coffee maker. The apartment also has a 2 bathroom with showers.

Lisbon is 23 km from the apartment, while Sintra is 11 km from the property. Humberto Delgado Airport, in Lisbon, is 25 km away.

The building does not have an elevator. It's necessary to climb stairs.

NOTE: Construction works on the building next door has started, and this is most likely to cause inconvenience due to the noise.

Awesome apartment!
Hard to find anything wrong with this place. Incredibly well kept and in a great location. Actually has small views of the ocean on the terrace, living room and 1 of the bedrooms. 2 restaurants right below the aprtment that are very good and 1 to the left when exiting from the apartment up the street that is a 2 minute walk that is delicious as well. 2 minute walk to a market that has a nice wine selection and almost anything you could need during your stay. Across the street from the market is a pastry shop that also has fresh ready made simple sandwiches that are solid. Close proximity to the Beach and not far from the very touristy part of Cascais. Love that this place is away from the very crowded parts. Just a lovely neighborhood. Would definitely come back if we had 4 to 6 people. This place is a big time winner!

Lovely apartment with every amenity we could ask for including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a great location and awesome outdoor space. Our hosts were gracious in every way, always available if we had a question, and they truly care about their guests” experience. Wonderful stay in Estoril
I couldn't be happier with this apartment. It is an old building but is completely modern and incredibly clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are restaurants and shops close by...there is a great breakfast place very close by....pastries!!! The beach is just a 10/15 minute walk and the train station is a 5/7 minute walk. The host is amazing...so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Go here! It's worth every penny!

Wonderful apartment in Mont Estoril
My wife and I spent the month of July here and it was a wonderful experience! The photos of the terrace were what convinced us that it would be a great place to be and that was the case. We spent lots of time relaxing outside on the terrace, which was so enjoyable! The weather was perfect! The apartment is very comfortable, Mont Estoril is a lovely enclave and Natércia, our host, is very graceful and helpful! Highly recommend!

A must stay when visiting Estoril/Cascais
This property is amazing. So well laid out. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and large outdoor patio. Highly recommend. Only drawback is the stairs to the apartment are many and makes getting luggage up to apartment a little difficult. However, we would still stay there over and over! Owners were super responsive and helpful when needed.

Family trip to Estirol
The apartment is fabulous and was perfect for our family of six adults. Very well equipped and with a great terrace for relaxing and pre and post dinner drinks. Location is excellent in Monte Estirol. Shops, bars restaurants, beach and train station all within a 5 minute walk. Easy walk to Cascais and 30 minutes train journey to Lisbon. The perfect combination of city break and beach holiday.

Everything about the apartment and neighborhood was as good as it gets, the apt was exactly as pictured and the neighborhood was excellent with many shops, cafes, and restaurants along with a wonderful small but well equipped market. 5 minutes to the water, train to Lisbon, and 20 minutes walk to Cascais’s shopping district and public mkt.

Beautiful apartment, great location
The apartment is beautiful. The pictures are accurate. The apartment has everything you need. There was a little noise at night from the apartment above. Be aware of the stairs to the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor (third floor for Americans) , there is no elevator. The stairs would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues and heavy luggage. Other than that the apartment is great.

Wonderful Apartment, Wonderful Hosts
The apartment is spacious, immaculate and comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable. Estoril is like paradise and the apartment and terrace worked out perfectly for us. The neighborhood is lovely, there is a great restaurant in the building, cafes nearby and it's a beautiful walk to Cascais. Our hosts were gracious and responsive. It's a real winner of a place to stay.

Beautiful Apartment.
This apartment was wonderful in every way. It was very clean, and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, with nice linens. The apartment itself was furnished in an upscale manner, which was exactly as shown in the listing. The kitchen was great and had a large refrigerator with an ice-maker, which was very nice. The whole apartment was wonderful, but the best thing about it was the beautiful terrace. We spent lots of time drinking wine on the terrace after days of exploring the area. The location is a short walk to the East of Cascais proper. Initially, we were worried that we would prefer to be closer to the bigger town, but the town of Estoril is very pretty, with lots of little grocery shops, other shops, and great restaurants. It is a short, short walk to the promanade by the beach, which has more touristy restaurants. (Some still very good.) Once we visited Cascais, we were happy to be a little further away from the crowds. It is a great location, and we were easily able to go to Sintra from there. (We took an Uber, but there is also a bus.) The stairs were a little tough with luggage, but were not a problem any other time. We are in our early 60's and had packed heavy as we were attending a wedding prior to visiting Estoril, and we were able to navigate them. with just a little difficulty. Overall, a great apartment in a great location, and we will stay here again!

Fabulous apartment and is as good as the photos suggest. Clean with an excellent choice of restaurants within 5 minutes walk!! The owners were very friendly and responsive to our enquiries. I have no hesitation in recommending 515 Avienda de Saboia for a short or long break.

This amazing historic stay
We had the opportunity to stay at this amazing historic apartment in Estoril. This provide us everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We loved the layout and design. The location was a huge plus as well because we did not need a our own vehicle. The taxi service in the area is excellent with very low rates. There are also many small shops for getting essential items and a park close by to take the kids to. There are 2 restaurants right downstairs which makes it very nice when out all day to come back, eat really great food and then go back to rest. We felt very safe and free to move around. The beach/boardwalk is a 10 min walk down by the train station and Cascais is about a 25 min walk or short taxi ride. We look forward to staying at this apartment when we're back in town. Obrigado!

A beautiful, spacious apartment in an old building in the centre of Mont Estoril on the chic Avenida Saboia. Just a short walk to the beach and cafes and restaurants close by. The perfect location to explore this beautiful coastline. The apartment was light and bright and furnished with taste and style. There is a lovely terrace to enjoy the sun and al fresco meals.

An abolutely heavenly stay.
Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Saboia Terrace, from the moment we checked-in until the moment we (sadly) had to leave. Everything is as pictured. The small touches around the home are perfect, the patio is divine both in the morning and evening, the location is excellent in Monte Estoril, the linens are 5 star and all of the luxuries one would hope for were provided for. I could write a far more elaborate review but really all that needs to be said is stay here - you will not be disappointed. The home is palatial.
