"Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Essen und der Service sehr gut. Es ist eine kleine Anlage mit kurzen Wegen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und entspannt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und schön renoviert, nur der Balkon war sehr klein. Nach ca 10 min zu Fuß war man im Zentrum. Direkt über die Straße war das Meer, aber kein Strand bzw nur sehr grober Kies. "

"Nettes Appartment direkt im Zentrum von Heraklion. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, inkl. Super Restaurants. Wir waren für einen Langzeit Urlaub dort und waren begeistert. Einziges Manko (da wir häufiger in Heraklion Apartments mieten) es wird nur auf Anforderung und extra Zahlung zwischendurch geputzt welches nicht so einfach zu organisieren war, selber kann man nicht putzen da kein Gerät vor Ort ist. Trotzdem werden wir wegen der Lage gerne wieder kommen ! "

Only down side was many of the amenities in the kitchen area did not work. For example the tea kettle didn't work and the fridge shut off when the key was removed for the electric. "

"I cannot impress upon people how idillic this villa is. It is set near a very small village with peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The villa itself has all the amenities one would require, and the inside is is fabulous condition. There was a maid service twice a week and she did a marvelous job keeping the 5 star villa clean and today. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a holiday to Crete. "

"The view from the house was nice. If you’re at the property at the begging of the week the local restaurant is not open and local market has bread only. You have to drive to the city for 15 min to the nearest market. We arrived at the property late Sunday evening a family of 4 with young kids and it was inconvenient not to have anything around for breakfast. "Amazing property with amazing staff. My family of 5 had a private ground floor villa with its own pool. It was very large, super clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, including complimentary water, raki, pasteli and juice. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Staff were very friendly and offered their advice and services throughout. Highly recommend and would come back again. Thankyou for the parting gifts also."
