"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Bobcaygeon Resort. We had the smallest cabin but it was so incredibly clean and full of everything you would need! The atmosphere was so family oriented and the water toys and evening fires along with beautiful views and friendly quests. We can't say enough about this resort! "The cottage is very beautiful and the lake is very clean. The location is absolutely gorgeous however, the only problem was the cottage is not cleaned when we went there. We have to clean. There’s also no wifi connection. The host, I would say okay but not consistent, not responding when I messaged him regarding the wifi connection. Also, the police came in to our cottage asking how many of us and saying that the owner of the cottage is not registered. Their neighbour on the side were asking if...

"We had booked it for 25 people, a family reunion. We had brought a few extra air mattresses and the owner was kind to order 3 extra air matresses for us. We were impressed with the house that it was able to accomdate this many people. "Great property, great location. Everything was exactly as advertised. Will definitely be returning. Host is very nice and although only living steps away from the cottage is very mindful and respectful of privacy. "The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. "Beyond advertised the property was top notch with an incredible view. The house was incredibly clean, hot tub excellent, kitchen well stocked, coffee maker fabulous and natural gas bbq an unexpected surprise. We had a minor issue the first night but it was easily taken care of by the owners who were completely responsive. We'd love to stay again it was quiet, pretty and the stars at night were gorgeous. "

"Property is a very accessible water front cottage with clean shoreline and dock great for swimming and fishing . Great views of boaters accessibg the Trent-Severn water system . Large deck for cooking and eating . Kurig coffee maker was not mentioned, just "coffee maker". Two patio doors open to the deck. One door with mo screen and the second door had a screen in need of repair Loft above boathouse is great and updated.. Overall we had a great family vacation. "

Everything was as advertised and interactions with Warren and Ron were friendly and efficient.
