"I grew up in a small town not far from this beautiful rental in Adel. Right off of a main highway but secluded by country surroundings. Super clean and great furnishings. My Iowa classmates meet each year and this is our favorite place to stay. You can’t ask for nicer owners or better facilities. A 10+ all the way. We will be back next year!"

"Very quiet location just out of town. Lots of space inside and out. Great hosts. "

"Booked this property when we visited for my nephew’s wedding. Everything was amazing! Exactly as described. We had a group of several family members who enjoyed all of the areas to sit and visit. Very comfortable home in a nice quiet area. We had everything we needed and the communication with our host was outstanding! I would definitely recommend this property!!"

"5 full bedrooms plus a sleeping area in downstairs living area. Plenty of room for a large family. 2 full baths and a half bath! Kitchen was lacking enough plates for everyone to eat at once. But we seemed to have everything else we needed. Room in driveway for 4 full size vehicles to park. The back yard is fenced in if you are staying with children. "

"This house is exactly like the pictures, very nice and very clean. The neighborhood is also very nice. I would most definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice, safe, clean place to stay!"

"This house was perfect for our family gathering in my wife’s hometown. Plenty of room for the 8 of us to sleep, and a large dining/living room area for a family meal and space to visit. The beds were comfortable. 2 grandsons claimed the room in the basement with a couch and loveseat. This will definitely be top of our list again if we have another family gathering here. Large smart TV in the main room. Smaller TV in some of the bedrooms. Nice book collection, and some DVD’s."

"What an amazing home! It was cozy and had such a calm feel. Everything was crisp and clean; the beds were so comfortable and we slept so great! The owners thought of everything we would need and were easy to communicate with when we had a question. You can tell family was a priority for Grandma Helen and we are so grateful to have had the chance to stay in her home. Thank you!"

"Perfect little place for a couple or someone traveling alone. Bed was comfortable. Has all of the essentials you need in the kitchen. Entire space was spotless. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Panora or lake Panorama. "

"We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by trees that gave us the perfect sense of peace and seclusion. One of the highlights was our hike down to the river—the fall colors were beautiful, and the sun reflecting off the water was breathtaking. The kids loved the arcade games, and even the adults got into it! We were also visited by an adorable cat and dog from the neighbors, who were so...

"We had a great experience with our family! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owners were incredibly responsive during the whole process. The house was exactly as described. We stayed for a week with our family and the house is perfect as it has a couple larger gathering areas indoors as well as outdoors."

"We stayed because property is between IA State Fair, and our extended family in Minburn. Kids/Grandkids came down from Twin Cities and we from Chicago. Adel is a nice town and property is convenient in a nice neighborhood. Home is large and comfortable, property from 1930's? All appliances and kitchen and beds were in good shape. (Appreciated the A/C)! We had to work out some issues with the owner, but she responded quickly and appropriately. We all had a great time."

"What a BEAUTIFUL house. Incredibly clean and a nice layout. Such a great spot for family gatherings. Everyone had their own space and privacy. This house was spotless and provided all the necessities and then some...no shortage of towels, wash cloths, kitchen supplies, etc. Andy is a super host. Extremely communicative, timely and very attentive to you. When we needed help he provided it ASAP. He even asked his neighbor (who was also super nice) to come over to deliver an item we needed....

"We were in the area to see a concert at the Vibrant music hall. This property was perfect for that-located just 2 blocks away. The property was very clean ( new ), very quiet and easily accessible. We are planning a return trip next spring and would love to stay at this property again."
