"We enjoyed a luxury type feel in a secluded location. Well stocked with everything you need for a getaway. Close to many hiking trails in Shenandoah National Park and near all the necessary amenities. We would book another stay here. Thank you!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cozy mountain house with my wife and our two kids. Deer with their fawns often came close to the house, which was such a magical sight. A beautiful tree was blooming right in front of the terrace, adding to the charm of the place. The location is perfect — just a short drive to the park, wineries, river rafting, and other attractions. Highly recommended for a peaceful family gateway."

"Just needed a day a way with my wife to destress. Spent the afternoon at a few of the local wineries. Spent the evening grilling dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. We definitely enjoyed the visit !"

"Quiet and Peaceful just what we needed "

"What a fantastic place to get away from it all! All the basics were there and in great condition. The cabin is well maintained and is very easy to relax in because it is not cluttered or filled to the brim with "stuff". The neighborhood is quiet, and the drive to Linden or Front Royal is short. However, the house is so nice that leaving is hard! "

"Cute cozy cabin in a great location. Was perfect for stopping in Luray, taking hiking trips to Shenandoah National Park, or just staying in. Had a wonderful time! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cabin in the area."

"The Chalet was truly a perfect weekend getaway! We stayed two nights with our dog, Meeko, who had the time of his life exploring. The Chalet was beautiful, clean, and private. We enjoyed a trip to the caverns which was very convenient and spent the rest of the time at the cabin. There were board games which we played endlessly and the firepit was awesome. We roasted hot dogs and smores and enjoyed the outdoor space. The hot tub was clean and the relaxing. The views were just magical. A 10/10...

"It was clean. It had a beautiful drive to it and it was tucked up in the woods. It would be nice if there was curtains, but that is OK. You are surrounded by trees. Enjoyed our visit. Has a very cute town nearby. Wasn’t in the house very much was enjoying all the scenery."

"Had a wonderful three day stay in this rustic mountaintop cabin. Kitchen was decently stocked, both bathrooms worked well, and beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to the one question we had. Would definitely book again."

"Beautiful rustic yet updated farmhouse. We were here for a family reunion in the area and didn't spend much time in the Farmhouse besides sleeping and enjoying morning coffee on the screened in porch with great views of the nearby mountains. The steps are a bit challenging for those with older knees lol. Overall absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this as a peaceful getaway in a tranquil setting."

"The cabin was small but cute and very well equipped. The setting was stunning. A shaded grassy yard leads to the river, which was beautiful and had a view of the mountains. The river was swift but very shallow. Not deep enough to kayak or canoe but perfect for a beach chair with your feet in the water. Watch the weather because there’s a very low and narrow bridge you have to cross to get in/out of the area. It was flooded when we left but we got out just in time. Again, gorgeous...

"The tranquility and peacefulness was just what we were looking for. We have already inquired about the other cabins and dates available. We will definitely book again! We hated to leave! 10 out of 10 stars!"

"Such a beautiful spot and the cabin is exactly what you’d expect! We started every day with coffee on the porch watching the river and the mountains. Hiked all day and then ended our day grilling and watching the sun set over the mountains, again on the porch. Beds were comfortable, shower felt great! We loved it and our granddaughter is already planning on us returning to this special place. "

"Our stay at Bala’s home was wonderful. The location right on the river is perfect for a relaxing getaway. A very close drive to the National Park and Front Royal. The home is updated nicely and amenities are well stocked, above average kitchen supplies from the typical vacation rental. Do note that there are no tvs in the bedrooms which we appreciated but some may not. Overall it was great. "

"My partner and I had a great stay here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. We loved relaxing outside and taking in the beautiful scenery. The location was directly between the towns of Luray and Fort Royal so there was always a good spot to go for a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area."

"My bf and I booked a weekend trip to visit the Luray caverns and area. We LOVED our stay at this cozy cabin. It was surrounded by beautiful nature and had so many amenities inside. Loved that they have a ton of board games, darts, foosball, TVs etc. The hosts, Kyle and Sherae were very responsive and the check in and check out processes were super easy. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"This was a perfect house for a group getaway! The property is immaculate with beautiful views. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The location is so convenient to downtown and great wineries. Would definitely stay here again"
