"Our family stayed at the Forest Cottage last month for our family reunion. The house was exactly what we needed for our large family. Plenty of space and beds for all. It was raining while we were there so the kids could not go out but the yard has a lot to offer for kids"

"This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again"

"Beautiful property in a nice area. We enjoyed the house and all the amenities. It was a great place for us all to get together."

"Such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean, and had everything we might need - easy parking, comfy beds, places to hang out (front room, kitchen, outdoors - tho it was cold for outside for is as we were visiting family for thanksgiving, but it looked very pleasant :) soaps, towels, dishes etc. It also had lovely decor while feeling very comfortable and was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again for sure. "

"A perfect price/quality ratio. Very close to the convention center, which was exactly what we needed for the CIM. The apartment had everything we needed, including *very* comfortable beds. (The Keurig machine didn't work, though, but that's okay as there was a french press.)"

"Our kiddo brought up a group of close friends for her birthday and the space was just right. It was nice having the upstairs for the adults and the downstairs for the teens. Nice hot tub, great views, well appointed kitchen. It was too cold for the pool but looks great for the summer. Responsive hosts, I’d stay here again "

"We loved the place. Very homey and comfortable. Easy access to Hard Rock Casino. Uber and door dash accessible. The hosts were very nice and helpful when i had questions."

"The property was in a good neighborhood and wasn’t bad overall. The property managers communication was good. The listing (pictures and details) were miss leading (no gym, pool table was kids size and more) The furniture was the worst part. It was either not put together or broken with the boxes and extra parts all around the house in closets and drawers. I would recommend this property and property manager as a second option."

"I enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! Everything was so cute inside. The host was very understanding and communicated very well. When the pathway flooded a little from the rain, they had maintenance come and put down planks for a walk way which was amazing. I will most definitely be booking again."

"Ginger & Joseph have taken the time to make this truly a wonderful home to stay in. Ginger has made sure even the little detail's are met to make you feel at home. Chocolate kisses, coffee, laundry facilities, and a really cute yard. Everything about this little home is desirable. Thank you Ginger!"
