"The stay was perfect for our event in Sacramento. Plenty of things nearby, food, bars, etc. The place itself was very clean. They list they have Keurig, but bring your own coffee things I guess. We also had to buy our own TP as there was only one roll for the five days and 4 grown men. Back door was wide open when we arrived. Would have been five stars if it weren't for those few things. Great place. "

"We last stayed in this comfortable country cottage six years ago. I have wanted to return for some time so was happy to see that the cottage was still available. I was impressed that the cottage was very clean, comfortable and looks brand new. The neighborhood and setting are in a beautiful neighborhood, right in the heart of the north area. Sally makes the whole process seamless and stress less. I plan to make this a homebase whenever we need to be in Sacramento for more than one day."

"Everyone loved this location. The property is fantastic for families and large groups. The water situation is a huge bummer. We used bottled water for everything, including brushing our teeth. The owners are communicative and friendly. The dishes, utensils and cookware are cleaned and maintained by people renting like us, and they were all filthy. Just be prepared to bring multiple jugs of water and I recommend disposable plates, utensils etc. Its a shame bc the place is basically otherwise...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation rental, and it completely exceeded all expectations! The house itself was absolutely stunning. "I am retired and have a bad knee. But my aches and pains were less while out by the pond. I love the quiet and nature showing itself everywhere. Great site for star watching too. "This place was nice and it will played out. It great because you can park your rental car in the driveway instead of try to Park on the street where you have a hard time finding a parking spot. The host tell you up front everything she expects and I love that so you can’t say I didn’t know the inside of the house is so relaxing you don’t want to leave I loved it there hope to come back again"

"Very clean and very nice"

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"Rural setting. Quiet. Great hillside views. Lovely deck for early morning coffee. Lots of wild life ( goats, wild turkeys). Plenty of room inside."
