Located within the Sandstone Point complex, this one-bedroom vacation rental is just about a block away from beach access. It's also right across the highway from the cinema, making it easy to catch a matinee.

This romantic suite includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofabed in the living room, and space for four guests. Better still, it has an expanded kitchenette with all the essential appliances for whipping up meals. It's on the main level, so it's easily accessible from the parking lot for those who may have trouble with stairs.

You'll also enjoy ocean views, cable TV, and WiFi access. Whether you choose to spend most of your time out walking on the beach or relaxing in your rental and watching the flatscreen TV, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. You're even welcome to bring along your dogs for a small nightly pet fee.

Quick family trip
Overall a good stay for our family ! Kinda dirty in some spots but more so in corners and crevices not a huge deal just noticeable, but good for your money as it isn’t expensive, also no remote so unable to use the tv sadly but other than that it’s solid and gives what it says it will give! Side note bring a fan or two if you are slightly warm blooded can get very warm !

It was a nice clean place to stay. It had a great view of the beach and the ocean. It has a nice kitchenette that you can cook food if you don't want to go out and eat all the time. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous View & Great Value
We needed a quick getaway with our dogs to the coast, and this property was as described on listing. It was a bit small, but hands-down, much better than a hotel room, and much more economical. The refrigerator is one of the compact ones but since we were only there for a couple days, we didn't need anything larger. I don't know that I would choose this unit again. It is on floor two of three and our neighbors above us were pretty noisy. In the future I would go with the third-floor.

Bring a blanket or two!
This is the second time I stayed on this property, in a different unit. It was an anniversary getaway. So, I trusted that it would be a good experience. The unit that we were in had some major hiccups. But overall, it was a good weekend and a good getaway. If I stay there again, it won't be in Seahorse 2-B unless the major issues are fixed! It was a comedy of errors! The issues: 1. Inadequate heating. this was a major issue, in that the gas fireplace stopped working on our second night. The gas fireplace was the only source of heat for the large living room area. The property manager (who is stellar and the major reason why I didn't give this review a low rating!) came out after 9:30 p.m. at night, after I had been communicating with Vacasa for 1.5 hours with no success (I think I was talking to a robot). The property manager identified that the gas fireplace was not safe, after he had attempted to fix it (the odor of the gas was strong), and said he would bring a space heater by in the morning. We used a gas oven to heat the living room. Luckily there was a cadet heater in the bedroom, so we didn't freeze. he brought out a space heater the next day, and it served us well for the next two nights. The housekeepers and property managers were excellent in their response! I hope that they are paid well. The senior house keeper brought by extra blankets and communicated with us throughout the lack of heating. She suggested using the oven to heat the room, which turned out great! It felt like a fancy camping trip, but I had forgotten to bring any marshmallows to roast. 2. There is exposed wiring behind the refrigerator. No outlet plate cover. This is an easy fix. 3. The outlet in the bathroom, beside the bathroom sink, is not grounded. Again, an easy fix. 4. Molding is being held together with masking tape. 5. The IKEA dining chairs need to be repaired and tightened. They were very rickety. 6. The sofa has unstitched upholstery that needs repair. 7. it wouldn't hurt to have calking around the windows, as we could feel the high winds. 8. A brighter light bulb in the bathroom would be nice. 9. Coat Hooks! There is absolutely no place to hang clothing in this unit. It would be a beautiful use of space if about 8 coat hooks were installed in the hallway. I'm giving a huge shoutout to Anita, Tim, and Nathan, who were stellar in their support! The property managers and housekeeping staff are amazing!

Clean, but no closet?
The unit was very clean, which I appreciate. The gas fireplace didn't work, but the ocean did, so we had a good time. I found it odd that other than a hook in the bathroom, there was no place to hang clothes. Since this is a dog friendly unit, I like that there wasn't a bunch of rugs and fabric-upholstered furniture for fleas to hide in. (BTDT at other vacation rentals.)

It was a rip off for the cost, looked like it was put together via goodwill bins. Only thing decent and newish was the small kitchen you see in the pictures and the flooring. But not the stained carpet.

Dirty and parking is Terrible
Found dirty towel under bed, light fixtures in living room falling out, oven had grease in it causing smoke alarm to go off when it was turned on, gets super hot in the bedroom, no screens on the windows making it so you can leave them open because bugs will get in, parking lot is hard to find parking for a large truck, multiple lines so no one knows where to park and very limited parking, fireplace doesn’t work (which ad states but still a main feature) I guess you get what you pay for

Great Views
The view from this property was fantastic. The walls of the unit are a little thin, so you can hear the people around you. If you do bring your pet, just be mindful that you will hear people around you in the event that they are startled by neighborly noises. Overall this was a great place for us to spend the week in Lincoln City.

Cute condo with great view
This condo was just what I needed to get away for a few days. All for the staff were very nice and helpful. The flooring is beautiful and the bed comfortable. However, there are a few things the need taken care of: 1) the gas fireplace worked great the first night , but would not light my 2nd night. 2) the light in the tub/toilet area is so dim you can hardly tell it's on 3) the shower leaks badly when just running tub water 4) the handles on the pots and pans are very loose 5) a stopper for the kitchen sink would be nice. Other than those little annoyances, I enjoyed my stay.

Set up with the bare minimum
Where to start? I’ll number them, but they are in no particular order 1. Parking is abysmal. The lines have been redrawn, but horribly so. Someone was a having a party in one of the whale units so all their guests were using the parking that was allocated for paying guests. We had to park on highway 101. 2. The cabinets are set up so you must be 6 feet tall to reach them. Yeah, they look good, but that space is not functional. 3. Someone (people before us, cleaning crew, who knows), put the toaster in the upper cabinet above the micro hood and then proceeded to plug it in, INSIDE THE CABINET! Usually you don’t make toast in a cabinet 4. There was something seriously wrong with the shower head. When you turned on the faucet in the tub to take a bath, the water shot out of the shower head all over the place 5. The shelf in the brathroom over the toilet was definitely an after thought. My husband had the toilet seat fall in him while he was using it because the shelf was blocking it from staying in an upright position. Other than those issues, you definitely get what you pay for. This unit is best for a very small family (3 or less). We had a family of 4 and it’s a good thing we only stayed for two nights. It was clean, had adequate starter supplies. Was set up fairly well for light cooking. Would I stay here again? No. I don’t like being stressed on vacation, and with those 5 issues, I felt stressed.

Better than pictured and better than expected --going back!
We really enjoyed the simplicity of this room, gave my partner and I a chance to relax and enjoy each other outside of distractions. The room had all the essential accommodations you could ever want (in the kitchen and bathroom) and the views were perfect! All for a very reasonable price, which is going to keep us coming back.

Great getaway for a girl and her dog.
I was a little worried that the bedding may not have been changed but luckily they left an extra bag of bedding in the room. This was a perfect getaway for me while my kiddos were with their dad for the holidays. I will definitely be back.

We arrived to a clean unit with a beautiful view, only to realize the linens provided for the second bed were full of bugs, we could hear everything from our upstairs neighbors (every footstep, conversation, and running water)- and that the unit was not equipped with kitchen items included in the ad. We called + had to leave a voicemail for the property manager- and when we didn't hear from them, texted and emailed them as well asking for clean linens and the kitchen item promised. Our stay was over an entire weekend, and we didn't hear back from the management at all- now, more than 24 hours after checkout, I still haven't heard from them. We contacted HomeAway's number, and the woman we spoke with gave two recommendations: (1) 'flick the bugs off' the linens, and (2) 'go to the Safeway a few miles down the road' to BUY the kitchen items ourselves! What?
