You'll be a two-minute walk from a beach access point at this dog-friendly home in Lincoln City, where the whole family can partake in a memorable Oregon Coast escape. This home offers two living rooms, an interior design that's ideal for multi-generational families, and peek-a-boo views of the ocean from one of the bedrooms. Walk home from the beach each afternoon to catch a favorite cable show on TV.

There's a beach access point less than a quarter-mile from the house at Canyon Drive Park, where you'll also find parking and restrooms. You'll be an easy, half-mile drive from numerous restaurants, eateries, markets, and shops along Highway 101, and less than a mile from great shopping at the Lincoln City Outlets.

Things to Know

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved it
The house was absolutely beautiful great views and easy access to the beach and town along with hiking areas. very comfortable and homey lots of room. the only thing we wished was there was a fenced area to let the dogs out. We didn't get to check in until 430 because the cleaner was there but we were ok with that the cleaner was amazing very polite. We almost past it due to the house being a different color and the driveway being steeper than the picture. Defiantly will be back in the future

Family get together
My parents, siblings and their spouses and kids stayed for the weekend. We visited the beach nearby, went crabbing, shopped at the outlet stores and went whale watching. Also prepared and ate a lot of great food! We loved the house. It was even nicer than expected!

Great place to bring your dogs on vacation. Plenty of beds. There is a need for more chairs and larger dinning table. Also need more seating in the living room.

Never Again
House was dusty, cob webs in ceiling corners and something dripping down from the ceiling beams in the living room. Holes in the walls from previous guests, jetted bathtub didn’t work water faucet didn’t shut off completely pictures on the listing were inaccurate and driveway was a nightmare.

Nice location
This house suited us well. It was in a nice location, short walk to the beach. Close to the outlets and a short drive to the casino. The house accommodated our family well, my father is wheel chair and was able to easily get in and out of the home and access everything on the main floor.

Little outdated
There was mold spots on the ceiling, and shaving cream on the ceiling in the upper bathroom. Many of the outlets did not work in the bedroom, and living rooms. Smole and ash around the smoke detectors. The locarion was incredible and layout fantastic.

Creepy Cold House
Pros: House is centrally located in town. Close to outlet mall. Home was clean. Cons: *The "two minute walk" to the beach is more like 10 down a steep hill. If you are elderly or hauling kids, its gonna be a HIKE up hill from the beach. * Hospital style beds" are TINY and super creep, no one in our group wanted to sleep in that room. Plus the screen door off this room is busted and banged all day and night. *Shower upstairs dripped all night *Shower downstairs, upper water head was not working right. Couldn't shower. * Brown leaking substance up by the roof. Was waiting for it to drip on us. Super gross. * Upstairs heat was on and working but it never got above 65. It was so cold we couldn't hangout up stairs. *The listing said it slept 16. That would be two people on crappy couches. * Kitchen table only sat 4 people. * Couldn't tell if the towels were dirty or stained and not enough for the 6 of us. * Pictures hooks on the wall and no pictures. * cords and tv hooks up and no tvs. The tv downstairs had no instructions but 6 remotes. * Upstairs has a smart TV but it was too cold to hang out upstairs. *Down stairs has a medium size old couch and three chairs. Not enough space for people to sit and relax. * Fantastic view of the forest until you look down from the deck at all the trash people have left. Beer cans, Empty water bottle's etc. We will not be returning to this home. It was cold, Creepy and super underwhelming.

Just a little petty about the dishwashing soap
Location is nice. The driveway has a slight hill so if you have somebody in 85, you want them to park in the garage. For as many bedrooms, we didn’t feel we had a big enough table to set all of us at. They only gave us five dishwashing soap and a family size that big you would think doing all three meals in. we did at least 2 sets of dishes Per day, but they refused to give us any more dishwashing soap . For as much as I paid in fees which was over $700 you would think I would’ve gotten enough to get me through five days. What I stay here again for the convenience of the grandparents yes but I would let them know that I am cooking every meal at the place so that we can be together as a family.. and ask for two per day .

Great location
Big house, fit all of us (7 adults 7 kids all under 12). Excellent location, could walk to the beach. Brought extra tables & chairs, I knew there was not enough from previous reviews. Outside garbage was full when we arrived, emptied when I called them. There were a few things that really bothered us, broken chairs, broken mirror, the roof was leaking dark liquid into the living room, (it had not rained at all). And my grand daughter found feces under one of the beds! Pretty gross.... Overall a good place to stay with a large group.

Only sleeps 14 not 16.
it says sleeps 16 but we only found beds for 14. luckily I brought an air mattress. None of the sofas were a hidabed. We picked this place because of the hospital beds on the first floor, however the bathroom didn't have any handlebars that the elderly would've used. Kitchen is well stocked. I asked before our trip but got a canned answer that it had coffee maker, grinder and dishware for 16. so we showed up with blender, waffle maker and extra pots and pans and good kitchen knives, but none of those were needed. when we checked in, we were told there was a 4 car limit. that should be posted in the ad. we had to scramble last minute to try to reduce vehicles and still ended up parking some in town at public parking. there was not enough toilet paper or trash bags for the length of our stay. and quite a few light bulbs were burnt out, including the ones in the driveway. it's easy walking to the beach, but not everyone could climb the hill coming back. I'm pretty sure half our group never went down to the beach. and I had to shuttle some folks who could make the hike. It was a decent house and we celebrated Grandma's 90th birthday but there could be some improvements in advertising since it's not as big as some of the pictures made it look.

It was a great space for a large family, but it didn’t have a “master” bedroom really because it had twin beds in the “master” which was the only bedroom with a bathroom attached. All in all, great location and space.

Plenty of beds for everybody. Three full bathrooms was very nice to have. Would love to have seen some grab bars in the bathroom in the shower. Definitely need some more seating in the kitchen area. The location was great it was nearby the beach shopping and lots of good restaurants.

Comfortable beach stay
This is a comfortable accommodation with great showers and comfortable beds. Bring your own plastic ware because there is not much silverware. Also, none of the outlets work in the master bedroom or masterr bathroom.

Spring Break
Great week at the beach. The home is spacious, beautiful, and a short walk down the hill to the beach. Some of the electrical outlets are ready for an update. There are trails in the backyard. The kids were thrilled to go adventuring in the woods and on the beach. Devil's punchbowl is a must do day trip! Would stay here again. It was a little confusing that I booked through VRBO, but received emails from Vacasa.

Cleanliness
There were some issues with cleanliness, the master bedroom bathroom shower was not very clean. Hair in the shower and bathroom. Dishes in the cupboard were not clean, the master tub was not very clean. Check in was very smooth and easy, checkout was a challenge because we didn't know what we were supposed to do. Luckily my cousin works for the vacasa so I was able to ask her. 2 separate beds in the master bedroom was disapointing. Barstool and one of the closet doors were broken.

Not impressed
It’s a little disheartening that there are hospital beds and leftover medical equipment in the house and garage. That, on top of the overwhelming lack of cleanliness, makes for an extremely uneasy stay. Had my guests and myself not traveled 2 hours to get to this house, we honestly wouldn’t have stayed.

Great location! Poor housekeeping.
Size, location and layout of this property are GREAT! Close and nice walk to the beach. Backs up into a large forest which has trails and provides lots of privacy. Fit our large family awesome! But.... the cleanliness factor was a huge disappointment. Pretty evident the bedding was not cleaned. Ended up using paper goods and buying 2 frying pans because of the lack of care of the kitchen dishes and cookware. Even found a used body soap bar in the shower. Truly would've been a perfect trip if we had felt a little less grossed out.

Broken and unclean
The floors were not clean , the coffee pot leaked , 2 barstools were broken, the dishwasher was broken, the master bedroom had 2 twin hospital beds and no door to the bathroom. Although the location was ok the cleanliness and the broken items made the stay disappointing and not worth the price we paid.

Good Stay
7 friends stayed as this spacious house. Perfect for us. It didn't have a BBQ so we brought one. The cleaning staff could have left some more toilet paper as they were down to the bare minimum. Would stay here again.

Great stay with a large group
It was a very nice comfy home. Enough rooms for us and plenty space for everyone to enjoy alone or with each other. The only down side is the parking was not big enough for our large trucks.
