"This place is MAGICAL! They have literally thought of every detail! The kitchen is amazing and has everything you could possibly think of to prepare any meal! The space is so homey and comfortable, so much space, immaculate! The views are unreal! The beds are SO COMFY, never slept better! The beach was accessible via nearby stairs and we enjoyed a beautiful beach fire. We watched the gray whales in the distance all day with the binoculars we brought and the ones provided. We would love to return...

"Loved the location and the quaint house. Comfortable beds. We were unable to lock the downstairs door, and had to prop a chair under the handle. This should be looked at. Stairs to the beach are deteriorated. Handrail bolts at the top are all falling out - this rail will fall off soon - This should be repaired. Did you find a rolled up men's dress shirt in the bedroom with two beds? I sure would like to get it back. A great stay in a wonderful house."

"We all absolutely loved the house, plenty of room for everyone. The deck and view of the ocean was incredible! We even saw some whales. The steps to the beach were steep and okay going down and we enjoyed walking the beach. A designated return driver is recommended. Ha! The house was clean, plenty of dishes and towels. The property manager was responsive. It is in a quiet neighborhood and easy to get to restaurants."

"The neighbor literally waited for it to be 10 pm to then tell us we had to get out of the hot tub no matter how quiet we were. She sat on the porch waiting every night to tell us and the other house on the other side that it was 10 pm and quiet time. Really rude and irritating. Bummer because the property was great and we really want to stay again but the neighbor really was a downer"

"We very much enjoyed our two night stay at this property!! The location is fabulous! It is one of the few Lincoln City properties that is truly on the beach (just a dozen steps to the sand). The pool is small, but lovely. The furnishings in the room were updated and the couch is so very comfy. The kitchen is dated, but everything worked. The second floor balcony was wonderful. "The Ashley Inn & Suites is a good choice, you notice that when you check in, when you are welcomed by a very friendly member of staff. The building makes an attractive impression, reception, hallways, staircase, pool area - everything looks clean and well-kept. We had a 2-bedroom suite on the 3rd floor, two clean, spacious rooms in which you immediately feel at home, with attractive furniture. The only catch: my wife and I had booked this suite with 2 bedrooms so as not to disturb each other...
