"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. The rain came inside the entrance of bedroom!! Windows could not be closed and we had to sleep with mosquitoes. II WANT MY MONEY BACK: IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A HONEYMOON! My wife wants to denunciate at open press..."

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"This home was absolutely amazing. We had thirteen people, and it comfortably accommodated all of us. Nelson, our host was amazing. He even dropped by with a Box of frozen goodies for us. "The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. I HIGHLY recommend the Frances Marie Bakery down the road for breakfast … or lunch or all day really… pastries are good for you. If you head like 20...

"The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."

"Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return. "

"We enjoyed the house very much. We were four couples with four kids raging in ages from 16 to 8. We all enjoyed the swimming pool and pool table. There was plenty of room for all of us. "The home was really nice. It is a cabin in the mountains of Utuado. The cabin is surrounded by mountains on three sides and sits on a clearing between the mountains. The hostess was great. She sent us info on things to do and places to eat. We took her up on her pizza recommendation and it was well worth it. The cabin doesn’t have AC, so we had to use the fans and open the windows. This was awesome as we heard coquis, crickets and even a rooster in the morning. It was like having your own white...
