"The property and views are beautiful - the room, however, was OK. No shower curtain, no hot water. They have a small fridge in front of the sink, so it's difficult to wash dishes. Door knob was broken and you had to put it back on if you wanted to exit the room. The gentleman running it is older and I understand that he probably can't do a lot of maintenance on the property. No communication at all. I was concerned about the property since the fires on Evia were nearby. My emails went...

"Breathtaking views of the sea and clean, modern interior. Beautiful be h nearby with dining options and a supermarket with fruit/ yogurt / nuts. A little far to walk to the nearby town so recommend having a car. Parking is on a fairly steep slope which may be challenging for some. Overall an excellent value."

"Absolut everything is right here: the location is fantastic: right by the sea with a view of the mountains and the bay...the sound of the sea included! The house is a gem: the furnishings are very comfortable (air conditioning in every bedroom (!) dishwasher, washing machine, very good beds, TV (65 inches)! "15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. "Alexandros was a very good host. Hé answered all our questions and more than that. He told us things to do in the neighbourhood and even arranged the PCR tests for the way back. But the house is too far away from the village , restaurants supermarket , so you need a car. The road to the house is very bad because of the flushes in 2020. Also there where many muskitos. When you go for rest its a very nice place"

"After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. "Loved the property! The home overlooks the water and is on the hill above a small Greek village that has many great restaurants and cafes and a small beach area. The infinite pool is what sets this house apart from all the rest. Anne, the owner of the house, I just cant say enough about the communication and all the information she gave us for our stay. We were a family of 14. And this house was perfect! I would come back in a heartbeat!"
