"The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amenities were in abundance and the ability to sign in to the TV with our own subscriptions was a bonus. As was the coffee machine i had not expected to be there! It was awesome finding a property where we could comfortably fit the whole family (1 cat, 1 dog, 2 kids, 2 adults!) and a great location!"

"This really is a piece of paradise...The location is amazing and the view from the house instance relaxation...The house is old so manage your expectation but it is a fabulous house we loved it and the bird life is just lovely to watch... "The house provided all that was needed. A chair was broken on arrival and needed to be reported to the agent. Cracks in the walls and a hole in the bathroom roof need to be fixed. Great area for short drives to sight see. Air conditioner was amazing on hot days. "

"We loved our stay. The property and cottage are amazing, with the manicured grounds and animals to feed and a very gracious host, who supplied a full breakfast for everyday of our stay and even took us on a buggy ride around the grounds, that our son enjoyed greatly. Our 2 yer old son also loved feeding the animals. I can't recommend enough. We'll be back!"

The house is across the road from the skate park and BMX jumps and a short walk to a little playground, and less than 10 minutes walk to the adventure playground. "The rooms are well designed, well appointed and comfortable, as well as reasonably spacious. The only criticism I have igs of the breakfast. They have a Nescafe machine for coffee, which is a joke. They have barrista coffee but they can't make a cappucino and it's $6! The fruit consists of unripe pineapple and the usual melon. Bread options are limited. Fragas on the other side of the street makes good coffee . Book the room without breakfast."
