"Overall our stay was great. The home was very clean and had great access to our destinations. The only bad part of the stay was the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom was so thin that we could feel boards of the box springs. It was very uncomfortable and disruptive. It may have been the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had. The second bed mattress was hard, but manageable compared to the master bedroom mattress. "

"This is a cabin. No verizon cell service. No wifi. No washer/dryer/dishwasher. If you can survive without those luxuries, it is an amazing place. This cabin is located a half mile from a gorgeous mountain lake! This cabin has an epic DVD selection for late nights! Hoodsport is a great small town with cute shops/restaurants. Our family would recommend this cabin!"

"The house was very nice and as listed except only bathroom in master bedroom. Very clean and host was very nice and attentive to questions as needed. "The drive way was surprisingly challenging to get out of because of the limited view of north bound traffic. Thankfully 101 was not busy. Be ready for steps and a workout to unload your belongings. "Great little cabin on a sparkling lake, with good food and a friendly welcome in the restaurant on site. (Don’t miss the biscuits and gravy!) Had all the creature comforts I needed. Note that the “fireplace” is electric, not a wood burner. The kitchen has been enhanced with a chef’s cart, pots and pans, and a two-burner cooker.
