"The property is new and the rooms still have that new room smell - lovely! The area around the hotel is being developed. This hotel has limited office hours and appears to have mostly long-term guests. The family that runs the hotel are very kind. Some suggestions: add some kind of towel bar and hooks in the bathroom and the wash cloths could be a better quality - one they get wet, they almost disintegrate."

"My ministry leadership team booked this property to host our yearly retreat. The space was beautiful and the views even more amazing in person! We had so much space that everyone could find a place to be alone when neededd, even in a large group. The kitchen was amazing and having the basement kitchen was such a bonus. It was the 1st time all the ladies wanted me to re-book for next year! Jake was amazing and so helpful with anything request. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Great house for large family get-togethers. Modern and clean kitchen. Plenty of seating for meals. Beautiful back yard with a fire pit. "Overall we had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the location. Right by the Broad Street Market and close to restaurants. Amazing bookstore across the street with great coffee! The property is pretty much as advertised. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy themselves. We had a few minor maintenance issues but the owners were super responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"We loved it, perfect for all 5 of us and a baby. We enjoyed watching movies and playing games. We have a forever memory as the baby took his first steps!
