"The location is in a good area! There are a lot of food places and stores to shop at nearby. My stay was good, but I only had an issue with the outside bugs. It wasn’t infested or anything, I only saw 2 bugs so I didn’t make a big deal about it but for the most part, they are clean!!!"

"House was pretty good overall. Beware of the water source. The well water is extremely salty and not drinkable. we lost a day of being able to use the pool and all of the shower and sink water is well water which was not described in the bio. The host got the pool cleaner to the house and had the pool ready to use within 8 hours of arriving which we appreciated. Other than that the house was great. "

"Pool was fantastic, comes with a view! We encountered a few issues and property management was attentive. There is one TV, none in the bedrooms. Some fans need to be replaced in one of the bedrooms, quite noisey but it’s an easy replacement/ investment by owner to be made. Outdoor area needs some love but we would stay here again."

"We all enjoyed our stay. The property guidance signs are small so it’s best to arrive before dark. We even saw a deer pass by the property! There was a grill outside and the heater worked great inside for the chilly days. We used the tabletop toaster oven and counter cooktop for anything else we needed. "We happened to be there during a pretty quiet period so it was incredibly peaceful to spend the mornings and evenings on the patio overlooking the water. The unit is just like the pictures. We didn’t spend much time walking around the resort but it looked like a great area to walk around. "

"We came to Camp Sandy for the UT football game and a family reunion. The house and property were amazing! The host, David, was super helpful and responded quickly to questions or needs. He even brought us some local food. The house is enormous with lots of kitchen space (4 refrigerators!), lots of king bedrooms and games to play both inside and outside. "check-in was easy and quick. Exterior looks dangerous around back and sides. We moved our vehicle to front in fear of break-ins, baseboards in bath and room were chewed as if dogs had been in the room prior..need to be replaced. Love the toiletries, frig and microwave in room, exterior hotel outside door within 20 feet of room did not require key entrance,, so appeared dangerous for guests with no security to stop unintended parties from entry."
